Great location, nice and quiet. Newly renovated and super clean room, the cleaning staff came every day to clean and tidy up the room, replace the towels and even left bread on the door handle every morning 😍 On the last day we forgot one key in the door lock and got stuck outside the room. Ramiro immediately came and helped us getting inside again. He was really understanding and responsive.

The pool area and balconies are a bit public and overlooked from the street. A pity there are no higher hedges to give a bit more privacy, but nothing major really. In the last days a group or family arrived and took over the sunbeds. 11 out of 12 had towels and personal stuff on them, but nobody was really there. Management could put a sign up to avoid sunbeds reservation

The area was very good, close to the beach and in quiet sorroundings. The cleaning was faultless, and the staff very very helpfull

The furnishing was very basic, three hardwood chairs and a sofabed! The sofabed was old and uncomfortable to sit on. There were no cushions for the the chair and small sofa on the balcony.

Our second stay and equally as fabulous as the first one. This is such a nice, relaxing place to stay and excellently located for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. Its location means you get the sun for the vast majority of the day, meaning you can come back from the beach or sightseeing, sit on your balcony and enjoy the peace and quiet while getting ready to go out. As always, Ramiro is super helpful in anything you need - he even remembered our kettle from last year :-) The cleaning ladies are very thorough and leave the rooms spotless. We'll be back again next year!!

The location, the pool, the friendly staff and the balcony (i dont like ground floor) so very happy Ramiro had me on upper level once again (second time) i was in apt Nr 4 now, last year i had Nr 5.

Some small things i came across to but Ramiro solved this quickly.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, air con in the living area and bedroom area at no extra cost, also safe deposit box and iron and ironing board at no extra cost, lovely pool area with plenty of beds

Everything was great, the host was more than helpful, location is fantastic near beach, dunes, restaurants, bars. The apartment is lovely, clean. Just perfect. Every morning fresh bread, big surprise.

Instructions were clearly provided on how to access the property and where the keys were located. Easy communication with Ramiro. Highly recommend this apartment

Rooms could be cleaned a little better, although it is very clean, but the dust under the bed or sofa was there the entire time for example, although the cleaning staff had passed several times.

Ramiro, the manager, was super helpful and very friendly and arranged to bring in a mattress to put on top of the absolutely uncomfortable futon to help one of us sleep. The room had an amazing shower. Air conditioning in both the bedroom and the living room was very powerful and quiet.

The 1-bedroom apartment is marketed with the maximum capacity of 3 adults, however, the living room where the third adult would be sleeping is equipped with a small, uncomfortable futon. All other properties in Maspalomas only allow a max of TWO ADULTS in their 1-bedroom units -- Cordial Judoca beach should do the same. Had I known how uncomfortable the living room futon would be, I'd have reserved two separate rooms for the three of us. Towels are extremely worn and should not be used, most of the kitchen utensils needed to be asked for (Ramiro was super accommodating in providing them, but they should've been there in the first place). A Nespresso or a similar espresso capsule machine would've been a nice touch, instead of a drip coffee filter machine. Room 1 where we stayed is on the bottom floor (below street level, facing the pool) and right next to a street where there's multiple trash cans. During weeknights, a garbage trucks would pass by to collect the trash around 3:30am, waking us up.
