well great location, clean property, nice vibes

there are many thing which makes me not visit this property again 1. i wanted a cake for my wife's birthday- i went to the reception to ask for it and the lady sitting there clearly said it is not possible as i didnt book it in advance, i was shocked to hear a NO. i told them its just 10 am in the morning you have the whole day to arrange for a small cake at the comfort of your time, but she said No they cant. I then had to ask them to call there manager right away, as they are sitting there just to provide hospitality, its so wrong to say a NO. after some arguements they finally arranged it. 2. our package was all-meals inclusive and to our surprise when we went to have lunch, we could not find the buffet ( only ala-carte was there which was never mentioned anywhere neither while booking nor anytime before we headed for lunch) and too our surprise they had very limited options in their ala-carte menu , when we asked for it the chef showed up saying he would make anything we like. Well you are not at a 5star restaurant to get anything prepared of your liking, we expect ourselves to be the guests who would be expecting to have a decent menu to choose from. 3. They dont have activities for people staying there. 4. you are paying for a 5star property but what you get is a 3 star facilities.

A beautiful hotel with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The buffet dinner in the hotel restaurant was amazing. Wish we could have stayed longer!

the rooms were large and comfortable.

I was most unhappy about the location!! it took a long time to find a car to get to places - many drivers didn’t want to come and prices were high. Even Ola and Uber wanted more money for the ride.

Food was really good here. I loved the property will definitely come back again!
