I was planning to have lunch at the new museum, so I went easy on breakfast. The choice was very good. I enjoyed what I chose and the coffee was good. It was wonderful to walk down into the city.

I parked in front, not realising that there was space at the rear.

Good parking, excellent tasty breakfast. Friendly welcome. Comfortable bed.

Bathroom a bit cramped. Road noise at the front.

This is my regular goto place in Perth, it's perfectly placed for my needs, it's in walking distance into town which is about 20 min for my pace, and a short drive to my work place and it has on site free parking, this is such a lovely place to stay, there's always a warm welcome on your arrival and always a lovely room, the rooms are immaculately clean with a very comfy bed, the ensuit bathroom can be a bit small but it has everything you need, Breakfast is of a very high standard which gets your day off to a good start.

I'm never there long enough.

Glenda welcomed us and explained everything about keys and breakfast etc. The room was clean and well presented with plenty of tea, coffee, biscuits and a bottle of still water. Rob hosted the breakfast and made sure we had enough to eat and drink. The private car park to the rear of the property was great too as we where there on motorcycles.
