Indeed the hotel is literally 300m from Arezzo train station, which is great especially when traveling with a large suitcase, and at the same time 5 min walk to the historical sights, which are just across the street. A decent hotel with very decent staff and large rooms.

The only thing I missed was a refrigerator in my room, but the staff were very nice and let me put my food in the big fridge in the kitchen. Some rooms have a fridge, I was told, but I did not pay attention to this when booking.

It is handy for the railway station and the bus station. Nice clean simple hotel. Value for money. And good base for seeing the sights of the town.

Linen was great, beautiful rooms. Super clean with super clean bathroom. One of the members of our group got the dates wrong, and the receptionist was extremely helpful to move one night to another date. Very kind thank you. Good cuppicinos. I will definitely stay in Cecco again.

The hotel is very close to the train station (central place). We arrived at night and it was super easy to access the hotel. Also, from the hotel, it is simple to walk to the old center of Arezzo or take a bus to another point inside the city. The room was very clean, good size, the bed was comfortable and AC worked properly (but it is noise). Breakfast was simple but tasteful.

The room was noise, mostly because of the AC. We did not like the towels, although it worked properly. When we were leaving the elevators were in maintenance, which was complicate for my parents. They needed to come down with the stars (but I believe this is a one time thing)

WiFi in the room was very weak.

Great location, in between the train station and the old city of Arezzo. I chose the hotel as a base to explore Umbria by train. Although i had make a reservation for a single room they gave me a bigger one. The room was renovated with a nice bathroom. Good value for money.

I would like some salty tastes in the breakfast.

The location of the hotel is perfect - very close to nice restaurants, located on the main shopping street of Arezzo and only a couple of minutes away from the train station and the main sights. The staff was always very friendly. Usual Italian breakfast and as a great addition your coffee choice (cappucino etc.) was prepared on demand.
