This is a house full of character and beauty - the roof terrace is stunning and quiet with sun loungers, table and chairs, and it also has a secluded peaceful garden. You would not think you were in the middle of the old town...so it is a short stroll to all of the restaurants. The double bed upstairs is very comfy. It feels like a home.
The bathroom is beautiful but the shower could be more powerful, and the water was not hot when we arrived all hot and sticky although there is an immersion heater which worked well. The security system is a bit complicated - well it was for us! But Giannis was happy to explain. Maybe some clear written instructions?

This place was absolutely amazing. The look and feel of Kores was exceptional and Giannis was a fantastic host. Located in the old town close to everything. Loved it.

Excellent location with short distance to Venetian harbor. Spacious accommodations with beautiful garden.
Due to dark curtains and fewer windows the flat seemed dark despite being in a super sunny area. After 13 years of rental compared to other properties we have stayed in this flat would benefit with a bit of a facelift. Our welcome was agreeable but again Giannis was very nice and helpful but didn’t go the extra mile to personalize the stay compared to newer property owners.

The host was extremely helpful in meeting us and getting our group from the parking area to the property. The house is a historic property that has been renovated, although it is showing its age in some places. Very unique and fun house, excellent location in the heart of Chania old town, ideal for our 4-person party with dog.

Giannis, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive. Location of the property is very good and the property itself is very well maintained. The back garden was nice.
Bedrooms on multiple floors and a steep flight of stairs from the front entrance.

Apartment in a Historical building in the hearth of Chania, with a complex and intriguing layout. Very nicely furnished. It is a destination by itself.
Parking in the area is hard to find.

The apartment was very spacious. After a long day hiking the Samaritan Gorge we loved being able to kick back and walk to the restaurants along the shore in Old Chania. Great location and when it is +33 out the AC works great. Host is responsive to any questions. We spent 2 days in Chania and would spend a few more in this area if we could. Beautiful area!!
It can be be difficult to find parking and basement apartment has no AC so can be warm. The rest of the apartment is great!!
