Friendly reception, a comfortable, spotlessly clean room, a good night's sleep and a good breakfast. We came to celebrate our wedding anniversary at a nearby restaurant, an easy walk from the Hotel Plaza. We will stay here again.

No complaints at all - we really enjoyed our short stay.

Quiet location between Ronda and Setenil

Hotel SPA with no spa working, no pool working, should be mentioned in advance. We were staying only 1 night but more expensive then better hotels in Andalusia in October/November

The room and the hotel were very nice as were the staff. The room was quite big and the shower was excellent. All worked fine stopped two nights and slept fine. WiFi worked well in the room and breakfast was nice. Good location in the centre of town. There was an excellent cafe/restaurant for food just a couple of streets away went both nights and food and service were great. Bar Malo Caña.

Not a bad thing but the town is very quiet, not many places to eat an evening meal midweek (unless we missed it). Water and/or tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.

Parking is too expensive. Spa and pool unfortunately was closed. Bathroom commodities were lacking. Very little shower gel and shampoo

Very welcoming host, excellent dinner recommendation, large and quiet room, free parking on roadside.

Extra cost for spa usage, a little run down. Still good value for money :)

The Spa is currently only open on Saturdays. There was nothing on Booking.com website to indicate this. When I said we were disappointed that we booked this hotel because it was a spa hotel. I was told I should have asked on the booking form to see if it was open. Whilst, I understand it may not be economical to open for 2 people. I believe it should be made clear on this page. I was told it clearly says this on the hotels website. I checked the hotel website today says it's open Friday to Sunday.

Noemi was wonderful,extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel like we were at home. Excellent cleanliness and great breakfast.

We booked and paid for a Junior Suite with a double bed. We got a normal room with twin beds. They haven't responded to my messages about this.
