smell of smoke in the room, the rooster was very noizy in the morning and we woke up 5ish every day

Turkish breakfast freshly prepared every morning and brought to your table within 5 minutes of sitting down. Bottomless tea and coffee available. Friendly, helpful family run small, homely hotel in a quieter part of town, with shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Perfectly located for sightseeing the local area. Lots of things to see and do. Beach accessible by minibus for less than 50 pence each way. JJ and his brother have been there for more than 20 years, so he knows what he’s doing ! His constant flow of repeat bookings is testament to that. Many thanks for being a great host and I look forward to being able to come back again.

Very friendly owner, nice place with a great atmosphere and location was great as well. We hiked part of the Lycian Way and it was great to stay here during it.

great place

The owner seemed as a nice and helpful guy and didn´t charge us the last night we decided to leave early.

Maybe because was April and low season the place didn´t seem like very well maintained/clean. There was a chicken in the stairwell for the 2 nights we stayed there. We didn´t have breakfast while we were there, the first morning we called but didn´t see anyone around so went back to the room and got ready to leave and the second morning we decided to check out one day in advance as it was also super cloudy with rain forecast so we went early to Pamukkale and had breakfast outside. You do need a car to go to the beach as it takes around 9min drive.

Staff were very friendly. The hotel owner was very helpful and showed me how to get to the places I planned on visiting. The pool was already open, which was great (although I unfortunately couldn't find the time to use it). The room was very clean with a nice balcony overlooking the garden.

The pillows and matrass were a bit hard for my liking. Also, there is a mosque nearby. However, if you use earplugs at night, it's fine.

Great place with lovely and polite people running it. Rooms are good, garden is beautiful and it's only 10min by car from Oludeniz beach - parking is available at the accomodation.

Everything was OK

Absolutely wonderful, cozy and charming place. Amazing hospitality. Super swimming pool. Super comfortable and relaxing place. Comfy pillows and bed. Bus stop, shops and supermarkets are nearby.

Breakfast was very good. A reasonable variety of fresh food items. However same breakfast every day without much choice. Nevertheless good value for money.

This is no fault of the owner or the hotel, but sometimes other visitors would bang the room doors when coming or going, perhaps not realising it might disturb others.

My room had a fridge, a TV , a kettle and a hairdryer with a nice en suite bathroom. I had a view of the famous Babadag mountain. I ended up extending my stay because I liked it so much. If you want a swish hotel it is not for you but it is a charming little family Turkish hotel where nothing seems to be to much trouble for the owner and his family. Breakfast is a plentiful traditional Turkish fare and I loved it.It is close to supermarkets etc. CC the owner cannot do enough for you and speaks perfect Engish.
