The place was my home for a week. The location is very central and you would have access to the best restaurants while still being secluded in a quiet street, where you would feel at peace.

Room not as advertised - description says room ‘features an infinity pool’ this is incorrect - no rooms feature a pool they have a pool view. Room not ready at check in time. Gym not available.
Many steps and steep inclines around the property.
Offered ‘compensation’ of a massage which was not enjoyable - spa was dirt and towel on the massage bed was smelly. Maintenance issues across property -
Gaps in the plug sockets in the room, pool surround tiled cracked and broken, decking in need of maintenance.

De accommodatie is een oase van rust en echt prachtig! Het uitzicht bij het zwembad verveelt niet. Het personeel staat continue voor je klaar en wil je heel graag helpen. Verder is de locatie ook echt top, net aan het begin van het (wat drukke) centrum van Ubud. Dikke aanrader!! Special thanks to Dewi en Puspita!!!

The hotel is quite close to the center of Ubud. It's not on the main street (rather crowded), but on a very quiet and beautiful landscape. There are 2 pools and having a floating breakfast was an amazing experience.
The staff is very friendly and willing to help. The room is rather big and the terrace had a nice view to the garden.
The bed is large and comfortable.
The breakfast was not at the level we expected, with a rather limited offer. However, the Bali coffee was very tasty.
We had a small inconvenience with a phone charger we could not find anymore after the second day of our stay. It was not to be found.

I am very surprised this accomodation isn't at least a 5 star hotel. I found the service to be exceptional, staff were always helpful and checked in to see how you were. The rooms were clean and access to two pools. The location is very good, it is located right where the main ubud town centre is (near shops and restaurants), however isn't noisy inside and feels like a quiet sanctuary. Also, price is so affordable.
There was just an issue with mozzies however they had advised us they were fumigating to rectify the issue.

Everything in the hotel was impeccable; location, comfort, cleanliness, facilities and staff! Located in the center of Ubud, yet tucked away from the busy streets and the noise of the town, nestled amidst rice paddies and coconut trees; a genuine sanctuary of serenity! The breakfast was great, the staff was exceptional! Especially Ayuita, but also Dewi were kind, friendly, willing to help us in everything and always smiling! Warmest regards and thanks for making us feel at home!

The room was big and had a great view to the pool and all the greenery. The staff was very friendly especially Ayuita, she was very hospitable and friendly, it really made the place feel home. The location was great, very accessible to the restaurants and shops while it is very calm so you don’t hear any noise.

Nearby tons of restaurants, yet it is quiet as it 100 meter away from main street.
We have the room B2 with 2 double bed combined.
It can easily fit 2 adult and 2 kids. (Though I asked for extra bed chargable)
The scene from our room is the best.
The room is the nearest to the reception.
So, whenever people walk through with luggage, you will hear it. Though it doesn't bother us that much.
(My kids are much noisy than that)

The hotel is beyond my expectation. There are 2 pools in the hotel, big room, and super friendly staff, especially Ayuita, she always helps me promptly. And dont forget to try the massage provided by the hotel, very nice private room and good skill of massage.
breakfast is just ok, given the location, there are plenty nice cafe within walking distance, i suggest book the room without breakfast.

The staff are fantastic - all very friendly and were quick to help with a couple of small issues with the room. Ayuita who works the front desk is terrific - always smiling and happy to help in order to make your stay better. Ary, who collected me from the airport, was always ready to have a friendly chat as well!
Not much. There are some steep inclines on the property and older folk might struggle depending on where your room is located. There was some serious burning off from the rice field directly behind the main pool on a couple of afternoons but I guess they can't really control that.

Beautiful rustic Balinese charm. Located at the end of a lane off busy a road, once inside it so quiet and peaceful you wouldn’t know you’re so close to the heart of Ubud town. Has great pool over looking the garden gardens with lovely bar staff.
Not much to fault here, the mattress was a bit hard and the aircon was quite noisy so a little disturbing of leaving on while sleeping.

The Artini Dijiwa Ubud is absolutely gorgeous, the people are very sweet, service-oriented, and go the extra mile! Our room was very peaceful, with a view of the garden and just steps to the pool. The air conditioning was a nice reprieve at the end of warm days.
A very minor improvement could be in the number and quality of towels provided -- we received one bath towel per person (per day) and no hand towels and they were a little worn.

Amazing staff, Dewi was specifically so kind. We felt so welcome everytime we returned to the hotel. The view is incredible, the pool is great. Food was yummy & fast. Everything was amazing. Would definitely recommend & definitely return

The location is great within the walking distance from the city center with plenty restaurants and shops nearby. I appreciate nice staff at the reception.
The resort is really big and west oriented so missing a typical balinian atmosphere. It looks better on pictures then in reality. The room is big but a bit old and walls are very thin so you can hear everything around especially your neibours.

The pool.The room decor. But pool and out door had seen better day is alot of levels and stairs so would not suit elderly or people with mobility issues.
Sheets where not clean and I had to call to change at night. Floor of bathroom was wooden and not suitable for shower floor. Flowed wrong way and was awful. No instruction how to call front desk I had to google hotel number to get front desk. Alot of bugs in room.

Amazing stay I had at Artini, the location was great and the staff were the friendliest people I have met in Bali. Anything I required they were able to help me immediately. The location was great, a quick walk away from almost everything in central Ubud. I would come back in the future and even did on my trip to Bali. The pools are amazing and the rooms are away from any noise the streets might bring.

Right from check in to check out Artini was simply brilliant. The staff was incredible and they treat you like family. Its a place I would recommend to all staying at Ubud and I will be staying here again.
The bathroom lighting - it's got to be a bit bright as it's difficult to shave.
