The cooked breakfast was very nice

£5 a day to park in the hotel car park, The electronic door system was very slow, The hot tub had to be booked 5 day's in advance and at a cost of £10.

Being able to park on site

Being gluten free I contacted the property a few weeks in advance to inform them , when we arrived I further informed them, when we went to breakfast I was informed they had no gluten free bread, which was really disappointing, they catered for vegetarians and had soya milk etc but unfortunately forgot about the gluten-free customer . The bedroom was ok, it was clean but the bed / mattress needs sorting as it was very lumpy and the bed frame needs attention . someone rang the assistant bell about 5 times in the night but no one come to help them.

The room was dirty stains on bed , pillows looked like there hadn't been changed in year's carpet on stairs horrific. Whole place needs a revamp cleaned at least , o and the shower 🤮

The property is in the centre of Bournemouth and the staff were friendly

The room we stayed in had some paint missing from the wall and ceiling in the bathroom

Overall was disappointing

I arrived at this property to be told I had no reservation despite having email and app confirmations. The person who spoke to me was rude, abrupt and unhelpful, then acknowledged this had happened multiple times in recent weeks. Very disappointing that it keeps happening to people and Booking/the Hotel haven't managed to resolve whatever the issue is between them.
