Lovely little hotel in the area. Great breakfast, large and comfortable rooms, large parking, easy access.

Shower was extremely slippy with no grips Staff were hurrying us out of the cafe at breakfast even though it was only 9:00.

The hotel owner and her staff really couldn't do more to make my Mum feel welcome on her recent visit. They had thoughtfully upgraded her room at no extra cost. The room was lovely and clean, tastefully decorated and furnished. Breakfast was plentiful, very tasty and at a reasonable cost - perfect start to the day. The Easter touches were very much appreciated - chocolates and eggs on the pillows, treats in the hallway and even colouring pencils and paper for guests with children. For anyone visiting the area for Blenheim and/or other attractions in West Oxon, this is a lovely hotel to stay and make a base. Thank you again for the lovely stay.

The room I would describe as deluxe. Superb shower. I was on the ground floor. I use crutches and the ground floor was ideal. I received top service from the hotels owner and from the staff on duty this morning who prepared an excellent breakfast for me. I was thrilled

Actually outside of Woodstock a bit, but good parking and if you have a car it is very good for visiting Oxford, Woodstock/Blenheim Palace and/or spending a day in the Costwolds. Very good breakfast made to order. Small but clean room. Will return this June!

Staff were lovely and the rooms were comfortable. Staff got gluten free bread in for us.

Wi fi didn't reach our room. Breakfast was OK but the cereals probably aren't used much so some were a bit stale. The bacon was overcooked. There's no sitting room for visitors.
