La verdad lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación pero el hotel no cuenta con estacionamiento lo que dificulta un poco
La habitación es pequeña y al lado de la recepción, escuchas bastante ruido y obviamente eso atenta contra la privacidad, eso no te lo informan al reservar, tiene una terraza pero compartida con la habitación del frente, otro punto negativo, la cama incómoda, se hunde en uno de los lados, la habitación muy diferente a las fotos, las toallas estaban con un olor extraño y eran de mala calidad, la atención del personal de recepción si bien no fue mala, es poco cordial, más fríos que refrigerador, el desayuno es malísimo, te dan a escoger entre pocas y malas opciones el día anterior y solo tienes en el momento leche, agua y café libre, ese café es de tarro, horrendo para un hotel, mínimo deberían tener de máquina o de grano, la calidad de la comida bastante negativa, de hecho el segundo día no lo consumimos, la verdad que no tiene nada de relación con el precio que te cobran, no lo recomiendo! Una muy mala experiencia!

El ruido desesperante, es segunda vez que me quedo ahí, y no hay cambios respecto a esto, por una parte tiene que ver con temas de aislación, se escucha todo el ruido que viene de la gente que hace limpieza, además tienen problemas con su vecina la cual pone música demasiado temprano tipo 7am fin de semana, para molestar al hotel, es desesperante, se supone que uno va a descansar, la música del lugar de desayuno no es necesaria tan temprano tampoco, en resumen un desastre ! Nunca más iré, no dormimos nada. El personal bastante amable pero no perciben el ruido que hacen. No lo recomendaría, es un hotel bastante bonito pero si quieres descansar, busca otro lugar :/

The service was outstanding. Every person on staff were focused on making our stay comfortable. The front desk service was special and as were the views from our room.

The room facing the harbor was gorgeous. Unfortunately the room overlooks the bar and it got noisy and we had too close the deck door because of the cigarette smoke. That was our first night. The rest of the nights it was fine.
The water never got hot when we took a shower. It was mostly luke warm to cool. The staff was wonderful and very friendly.

The rooms have an incredible view. This little boutique hotel is in the perfect location, walk out to two streets full of spectacular art and views just blocks away. Good food and drinks in the neighborhood as well. Staff are charming and helpful everything is impeccably clean. If you need breakfast super early before a bus or flight they'll make you something and bring it to your room.

The room had a great view! We were able to sit in the sun one afternoon. A couple of chairs dedicated to that little patio would have been nice. Breakfast to order was a nice change instead of buffet. Although dining outside in the morning can be a bit cool.
Smallest slider door I have ever seen! You know it’s tight when you can barely get thru sideways.

the property located on a hill has impressive views of Valparaiso harbor. it is also in close proximity to all of the public art that the city is famous for.

The location was excellent. Great area to stay in. Colourful and lots of shops and restaurants. Also close to the 3 hour free walking tour which we found excellent. (We took the morning one; the afternoon one is supposed to be good too, and totally different.
The breakfast could be improved. The coffee is good, so is the fresh fruit cup. The crepes with dulce de leche were served cold and if we wanted more than one small crepe, we needed to ask. Also, since we stayed 5 nights, a bit more variety in the breakfast offerings would have been nice. (Only 2 choices)

Excellent location & view. We had 2 rooms in the main level (for a family of 4) and it worked out pretty good. The staff at the reception super helpful and nice. Helped us with parking, and map.

Everything about this hotel was excellent! It was clean, modern, a funky interesting design. Lovely staff. An amazing terrace overlooking the ocean. Comfortable bed. A great restaurant, nice breakfast and good drinks. And really reasonable price.

Very nice room and amazing staff. It is very nice, new, with great design from an artistic point of view. The reception staff were incredibly helpful.
Street noise is common at night. Noise inside the hotel travels easily.
