In amazing hotel with a great family that takes care of everything for you. The beach is so close!

Breakfast: Limited but good for what was provided. Good own olives. Good food to be ordered in the hotel restaurant at the evening. Nice calm location - good accessible with a car. 3 Star are ok for the Hotel. Nice walkings e.g. to Mount Kerkis possible. Friendly waiter.

Nice room, very new, big and clean bathroom. Fridge filled. Nice breakfast. 20 meters to the pool 150 meters to the beach.

we had a wirlpool which is useless in summer time. We wanted a kitchen, that was on the confirmation but not in the room. The reception argued we have the best room in the hotel with a wirlpool. But you do not use the Wirlpool when it is 35 C.

the location is superb - it is far removed from everything and all you can hear at night is the wind in the olive trees. It felt like we were at a cottage, while being steps to one of the nicest beaches on Samos and a few very lovely cafes and restaurants within an easy walking distance. Our unit was spacious and very clean - the deluxe suite felt like a very private cottage all on its own with a great little outdoor patio.

Bad and good - wifi and cell reception were awful. Actually appreciated almost a full digital detox. but it made it hard to plan excursions. Breakfast was really uninspiring but there was some fresh and healthy basics daily.

My wife and I stayed in this place for 7 nights in the room 211. We travel very often internationally.  We have stayed in hundreds of different places so far. I really don't like to write bad comments about touristic facilities, because I know how difficult it is to make people happy in this sector and I have to emphasize that me and my wife have just standart/basic expectations, but unfortunately this was the worst place we have ever stayed. All the metal parts in the bathroom were rusty and the floors were damp and dirty. The shower was too small. Bathing here was a sickening experience.  The materials in the kitchen were very dirty.  Pillow covers were yellow/dirty/disgusting!...Wardrobes smelled bad. Wifi connection didn't work at the room and balcony. Only in the reception area there was a very poor wifi connection!  We live in an internet world, how is such a poor wifi service possible nowadays?! We also stayed in other hotels/pensions in Samos and had only good experiences in every way. Breakfast was very ordinary. The coffee machines didn't work properly during the breakfast. I really can't remember another place where we were so disappointed by so many facts! This place urgently needs refurbishment and a new professional management in every way! The good things of this place are: the nice location, the big space of the rooms, the big car parking and the beautiful natural surroundings of the beautiful greek island Samos! This place could actually have a very positive potential, if it would be renovated and well run by a professional management!

It was beautiful. The room was gorgeous. The pool was beautiful. Location was amazing.

Room was cleaned approximately every second day (but we are late risers and it was very early in the season. The owner/manager was a bit uptight sometimes. But the positives far outweighed the negatives.
