- Hotel smelled like if you were inside a restroom - - Bed were as uncomfortable as sleeping in dirt - if you were not at the time breakfast or dinner were served you lose your chance to eat - Cost was outrageous considering this was a motel with a very nice view

Amazing view of the Mallos de Riglos rock formations from our terrace. Rustic but spacious and comfortable accommodations. Friendly, helpful staff. Great food (but huge portions). Bathrooms feel recently updated.

Glad we upgraded to a room in the second floor, ground floor rooms lack privacy. Furniture - sofa, chairs, should be updated - will make a big difference.

Room temperature cannot be set. On autumn/winter you can only enable/disable heater but you are not able to use the A/A. Breakfast is good but they could offer more options. Only fried/scrambled eggs, sausages and bacon are available. Additionally they include some ham and juice. After two days you will miss something else. Spa should not be an extra. You are already paying for a room in a Hotel Spa, I think it would be great if they included the service with the booking.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The view of the Mallos de Riglos was incredible! The fact that you supplied hand soap, shampoo and conditioner was a very nice added touch... and unexpected. My dinner meal of pork loin was the best meal I had during my entire two weeks in Spain.

The lighting in the rooms was horrible. There was no way to turn on or off the big desk light unless you got on your hands and knees and pulled out the power cord or plugged the power cord in. Even with all the lights on the room was still very dark. I couldn't tell if I were wearing dark blue pants or black pants. I had to do some computer work and I could hardly see my keyboard it was so dark in the room.

Stunning location. Perfect if travelling across northern Spain. Fantastic spacious room on two levels with spa Bath and balcony. Good value 3 course evening meal.

Spa and wellness center. They charged 20€/each person but the sauna’s door did not close properly and the steam room’s bench was cold. On top of that, the bathrobe they gave us were in very very poor condition.

Near Mallos de Riglos and refreshing pool on a hot day. Room is large with nice view of Mallos.

There are a few items: - there is no food ir drink service at the pool… further question about the reason is because hotel have had issues charging to the correct room so they require payment when ordering and for dinner, a truly inconvenient situation because they can’t manage client validation (keys are all white without room number)… in fact, my dinner was charged to my neighbor! - this is a spa offering just sauna and pool facilities … as a client you still have to pay additional $30euros and book ahead… - owner clarified for me that in the area ordering fried eggs it means you drench eggs in oil - it took 3 paper napkins too soak the grease and still oily - he was kind to explain to me that I should order grilled eggs which he exchange for me For the price and inconvenience, best to stay somewhere else

We arrived late and the front desk stayed open for us. The rooms were large and comfortable. The property was beautiful. Breakfast was much better than the reviews said!

No decor or art in the rooms - very plain. The water circuit for 20 euro was nothing special and should be included with the room price.

This hotel sells rooms based on the view.

We had a bar menu so cannot rate the main restaurant menu. Firstly, the wrong order was cooked and delivered, mistake noted and a fresh plate of food produced. The beef burger was undercooked and the fries felt they had been reheated and re-plated. We ordered eggs, bacon and sausage for breakfast, the fried eggs came swimming in oil, which swamped the rest of the plate, the sausage was seriously undercooked! New Chef required?

Very comfortable, huge bed, nice, friendly atmosphere, place with good energy. The lady at the reception was very nice. Beautiful view, relaxing, well-kept SPA. The outside warm pool is my favorite spot. Spacious room.
