I thought we had an ocean view

it was showing beach front but we found it way behind and not beach front at all. my kids were very upset

It was right on the beach! beautiful views and the condo was perfect!

The condo is real beachfront, very nice location. Swimming pool is so clean. The unit itself is clean.

The aircon is not working well. Hope they can check the AC. It became very hot in our second and third night. There is no ceiling fan in the living area nor in the dining area.

This unit is close to the road overlooking a garage or a warehouse below. It is surprising that you classify it as an "ocean view" unit and are able to charge $279 a night for it... At best, it is worth as much as a room in Motel 6.

I love the fact it was directly on the beach. Place was big and felt like a home away from home... We will be back and definitely be booking Sea Oats for sure....💪🏾

plenty space for family of 5. Ground floor unit has pool/beach access through patio, very convenient. Large bedrooms. Plenty parking. Attentive management. Property has large beach frontage for its size, hardly crowded even at peak times. Free set of chairs/umbrella daily.

The elevators

Everything was great! Location was great. Our view to the beach was adequate, had a side view out the balcony but you could see it and hear it. Kids still loved it as did we! Decor was great, not overwhelming beachy as some can be! They were working on the elevators during our stay so sometimes the one that was operating was slow but they did their best! They were accommodating. We had issues on our journey up combined with weather so we ended up staying an extra day and we were able to work with booking.com and the property to book our room an extra day since it was available with no effort at our original booking rate. We will definitely look to book and stay there again!!! Loved it through and through!!!!

Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like. Get your own TP and it is helpful to get a small thing of laundry pods and dryer sheets. I hadn’t planned on doing laundry but found it to be very helpful and loved not having a huge load of clothes when I got home lol. Get trash bags too. We didn’t use the dishwasher until the end but they do provide 2 pods for that.

Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi Bathroom doors wouldn't lock One bathtub metal drain stopper was broke and fell into the tub while someone was taking a bath and she thought she broke it, but it was already barely hanging on. Had looked on internet for a beach front condo, thought from photos that balcony faced the ocean, but it didn't. Before we got here, I received about 10 emails and 5 text messages, yet when I called about the wifi, the man couldn't help, but said that he put in a work order and they would call me within an hour, but never received a call, or text message or anything after we got to resort. I was very disappointed.

Nothing I rented a room with an ocean view and after driving all day I get there and they put me in a different room with no view plus still charged me 250 a night the staff didn’t try to fix the situation and was very rude the supervisor even hung up the phone on me when I was explaining that I wasn’t given the room I reserved and I was now being over charged for the room they gave me.😡 I do not recommend staying here at all. They do not stand behind their reservations! They have no respect for their costumers! Very disappointed will NEVER stay here again!!!

Carpets look dirty

Convenience to beach-nice having a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Walk in shower was very important for my older sister.

Only thing wrong was carpets need cleaned

Space was very nice and roomy for 5 and decorated very nicely, however only a portion of the beach could be viewed from the patio. If the property owner is paying someone for maintenance and cleaning of the condo they need to check they out, because they are not getting what they are paying for. Just Saying.

The garage disposal was dirty with food particles and drain flies. I had to cover both sink drains to keep the drain flies away from use and our food. When I went to clean up at end of stay taking out the trash I noted that the bottom on the kitchen trash can was filthy with particles of food stuck to the bottom from the previous renter. I tried to rinse but things where stuck to the bottom. It was listed to have 2 trash bags but we only used one and could not find another one to place in the can. No pot holders were in the drawers as I discovered after putting my cinnamon rolls in the oven. Also the fold out sofa mattress was very uncomfortable, (sleep on rails) could be replaced or a thick mattress pad added. The toilet in the master bedroom had multiple cracks in the bowl and down one side along the out side and of the toilet. The screen on the sliding patio door was coming apart at the bottom and could be easily repaired before needing to be completely replaced. The patio door floor guide was very dirty.
