Nice place older but nice

It’s a older home but is decent shape

The beach here is gorgeous and to be able to walk out from the deck is perfect. The four bedrooms and two baths are laid out well. Kitchen was fairly well stocked.

None of the porch furniture was usable. All wet and mildewed. The wall in one bathroom had dirt/dust all down it and the other bathroom had a moldy air vent. Looked scary.

The Beach House was perfect. Loved the deck looking over the beach. So close, 5 steps your feet are in the sand. Plenty of room, beds slept great, a/c ice cold, very clean. loved the swing on the porch😁🏖🐾

the priority was fantastic for what is was intended for. The porch was ideal for eating family meals and drinking morning coffee and watching the sun come up. Short walk to the beach made it great for the kids and the adults who carried the toys. the view was as described and we were not disappointed with anything inside.

There was really not much that I did not like about the house. I am a carpenter contractor and as k usually do I was looking for things that need repair. does the house need some TLC yes. If you go on vacation to escape the world and expect room serve and starched sheets go to the Montage Kapalua Bay Hotel and you will have status there. If you want to be comfortable and have the time of your life with the family and kids please book this house. you will not regret it at all. just one more thing , remember your entry code. lol.

the location and the feel of home

everything was awesome!

The location right on the Gulf is outstanding. Morning sunrises, evening sunsets and dolphins occasionally seen during the day.

Beach House could have been cleaner. Surfaces were clean but blinds and windows were not. Many blinds need to be replaced. Also needs some new pots and pans and a couple good knives.

The morning views were stunning and the amount of room for everyone was great

only wish there was a few more pots to cook with

No breakfast.
