The location was perfect and the view from our room was SPECTACULAR!

The location was great! The amenities were amazing!

The drains clogged & put out black junk. The King mattress was too firm & gave me low back pain. The 2nd room was not swept. The dryer made a really loud noise while drying. The garbage disposal sounded like it had something in it. The main door didn’t latch completely unless pushed closed - the door blew open with strong winds. Definitely could use updating with the decor.

Todo estuvo perfecto las habitaciones , las albercas , los jacuzzi . El puente para pasar hacia la playa y no cruzar la carretera era muy seguro para todos creo y ningún otro condominio lo tenía.

Lo único es que la televisión de la sala no funcionaba .

Proximity to beach. Indoor and outdoor pool.

The property is very close to the beach , stores and restaurants. Has very nice pools and the property was very nice and clean . The view from the balcony was gorgeous!

Needs updated cookware and utensils. Need hand towels and dish cloths and a broom. I had to go and buy them.

Location and amount for a weeks vacation

There really wasn’t anything negative yo say but if I need to put down something, then not enough trash bags for a weeks stay & no cookie sheet to cook frozen foods on & both beds were loud with headboards not securely attached on either.

The condo was great. Clean and comfortable. Great view and location. Definitely planning to return.

The coffee pot was broken. So I had to go out and buy another one. The Wi-Fi in the building was very spotty and my kids could not watch TV or be on the internet at night. Also there were no garbage bags for the garbage can.

Amenities

The condo needs updating and maintenance. Lights were burnt out bedding was in bad shape pillows were like sleeping on Kleenexes. Tub did not drain well, shower liners are dirty. Towel rack hardware is falling off walls in bathrooms. It needs attention

The location is great. Easy beach access across the Skywalk. Pools were clean and had lots of loungers/seating.

Numerous maintenance issues in our condo- towel racks falling off the walls, the fridge never got very cold, slow draining tub in one of the bathrooms, broken coffee pot, living room TV would have fallen off the wall with a single touch. We could see the drywall anchors coming out. Upon arrival, half the promised paper and cleaning items that were included the listing were missing. Took 3 times of reaching out to customer service to get issues partly fixed. The building is still under renovation and some parking restrictions are in place. When we booked the unit, the info said renovations would be complete by May 2023 so it was a surprise to us when we saw the notice 2 days into our stay that they would be closing off part of the parking areas. There was also a furniture delivery in the middle of our stay and they wanted us to sign for it!
