Lots of choice
Didn’t realise that room would be on second floor , luckily we were both able to use the stairs ok.

John and Diane were wonderful hosts. John would give tips and hints on the best places to visit 😀 The breakfasts were lovely and fresh and nothing was too much trouble for them. The weather was beautiful but it was a bit hot in our room without having to ask John had put a fan in the room for us. Room was serviced every day and after 3 days they even changed the bed linen.Coutrland is centrally placed for all of Stratford main town. Would definitely recommend a stay here 👏

Ideal for town centre, only 5 minutes walk away. Excellent parking. Didn't need the car once we had arrived and parked.
We would loved to have stayed longer.

The breakfast was amazing and the location was central to all places of interest . The hosts were very helpful. everywhere was clean and tidy. Exceptional beverage choice in room.Bed was comfortable.
The room was a bit small but that was our choice as it depended on cost.

The breakfast provided was very tasty and ready shortly after your arrival in the dining room. Hosts made you feel very welcome and willing to assist with any questions regarding places available to visit locally (opening times, etc), We knew we booked the smallest room, but as we were out all day it wasn't a problem. This guest house is definitely on our list for our next visit to the area.

The breakfast was good despite the host's rudeness to us
Diana was rude at times, made us very feel uncomfortable at breakfast, saying that we were eating too much because we had cereal AND cooked food. Beds were clean and comfy but we had to clean and sanitise the room ourselves to feel covid safe. On check in she told us to tidy our own room. We won't go back nor will we recommend to others. Also there was a dangerous exposed light bulb in the shower cubicle which could easily get wet.

The Courtland Guest House is within a very short distance of the town centre and handy for all its attractions. My room was snug, very comfortable and clean. All was as expected. Breakfast was good and plentiful. I found the proprietors most kind, friendly and eager to help me find my way around.

Lovely Bed and Breakfast very close to the town centre.
Owners we very pleasant, informative and made a great breakfast.
Room was large, clean with tea and coffee and a good ensuite.
We had booked it late as we had had altered plans and it was exactly what we paid for.

Friendly hosts, lovely breakfast and good friendly advice about Stratford. Very close to the main centre with easy walking distance. Parking just around the corner at a very reasonable price compared to other parking options in Stratford.
