The price & location.
Room was not bad
Hall lights were not working.
Fixture in restroom needed repair & they didn’t take care of it.

Perfect location.
We had to get a mop and re mop the floors were sticky. 1/2 the lights didn’t work. The little stove didn’t work very well. One burner didn’t work at all. The AC didn’t work well. Kept getting hot in the room. We asked for more towels as we only got two and we booked a stay for 4. Then when they came in to clean they took all the towels even the kitchen ones and only left a wash cloth and two bath towels. The restroom door was hard to open from inside.

The location is convenient.
The tv was not working in the first room we got. Then we got another room and the coffee machine and toaster are old and rusted & the stove was dusty.

Their were roaches and kitchen did not look clean. The upkeep of the Hotel was not good carpet was dirty and smelly.

Room smelled like chemicals. Side entrance did not work. Guests smoking pot in neighboring room. Uncomfortable bed.

There was a lot of cockroaches, the a/c unit was making a loud noise, we couldn't even sleep well, I told the guy in charged but he said he couldn't change another room for us, also he said he was going to send maintenance to take care of the cockroaches, and they never take care of it, there were literally climbing the curtains table, and in the floor....

The only thing that was good is that the guy at the front desk and the maid were super nice. It's not their fault that they work at a crappy hotel and they gave my money back to me immediately when I showed them what I found in the room. So that is why I gave the staff five stars
There were a lot of cockroaches in the room and the scary part is the Cockroaches were of different maturity which tells me that there's multigenerational cockroaches in that place. I used to stay there about 6 or 7 years ago and it was pretty good at the very least it did not have cockroaches. Now it is pretty much overrun and just nasty and run down and disgusting
