It had easy access to several restaurants and Walmart! The staff was all friendly and welcoming.

I was approached the next morning questioning whether I paid or not. I was asked if I paid for the room and had to go to the front desk to verify if I was booked there. it ended up I was placed in the wrong room and had to move to another room. I was inconvenienced for this mistake made by the hotel staff.

The building is a bit older. And due to the Temps outside, the inside sometimes felt humid

Day of check-in there wasn’t anyone available to handle the mistake done on my accommodations. No supervisor or manager was available to handle my issues till the following day.

Easy check in and no bothers till noon.

Bathrooms didnt have a fan for steam.

The location was convenient.

Room was hot , it smelled like if it had been wet and dried and smelled funny. AC didn’t work , lights went out all night and breakfast was not great . because of the electricity drinks weren’t available.

Super clean , staff was very helpful and the location was great. I recommend you stay here when visiting Brownsville.
