Location, Cleanliness

Breakfast Selection. It wasn't even close to closing for breakfast and there was little to no food, not just our family of 5, but about 10 other people were in line waiting, literally fighting for food,...once the Breakfast Lady replaced the food, guests would fly up out their chairs and only about a few out of the 15 waiting would get food. Very disappointing. It even sucked that I had to pay $10 for breakfast when I only ate a small portion of eggs. Literally. Cause they were out of everything. Hispanic Lady whom was serving us during Breakfast was very attentive and her Customer Service was Beyond Amazing. Sucks that I didn't get her name, it appeared that she was the only one working the Breakfast Area though, cause she was the only one refilling food and cleaning tables. SHE made it all better!

The breakfast was great and the location couldn't be better. Everything we needed, restaurants and stores were within a 5 min reach at most. Great place to stay!

our room had numerous roaches.

There was a stain on the side of the toilet that made me feel like I had to teclean it before I used it. The plug to hold the water so my son could take a bath did not work. The water pressure wasn’t good. OMG AND THE AIR CONDITIONER NEVER TUENED OFF EVEN IF IT WAS ON AUTO AND IT KEPT MAKING THIS LOUD ANNOYING SOUND THAT DISNT LET ME SLEEP. IT WASN’T PLEASANT AT ALL. The staff was just not pleasant. I asked the lady a question and she answered me without even eye contact. so unprofessional. They’re standing there talking as if they’re bored and can’t wait to get home because they have better things to do. I will never stay there again.

The 2 treadmills in the fitness centre weren't working.

we wait a lot during the check in process. at the end they charge my credit card when i asked to pay in cash since the check in.

Staff was the only thing that was redeeming.

Room A/C was not adjustable(really hot), had to move from rooms, breakfast was extra and was not good.

It was super humid in the room they should try invest in a dehumidifier for the building because I could literally feel the humidity as I lay in bed even with the AC full blast

linens smelled like mildew, there was a bug and a large spider in the bathroom. I trapped the spider & advised front desk so they could have them removed! Didn’t think to take photos.

Roaches in room, blankets stained with blood, hairs underneath blankets. Floor was sticky like something had been spilled. Moved to three different rooms because of being dirty. Phone and TV didn’t work in room. Not enough towels in room for all of us. Never got our room cleaned during entire stay.

if I could give this location a 0 star I would..This location is horrible as soon as we walked in there was a roach in the sink, dust under the sink area where towels are and on the toilet paper holders. we went to the pool and they had no towels, no towels at the gym either. After an hour of coming back from the pool there was another roach that got inside of my daughters bag of marshmallows. Then I attempted to turn on the tv and it did not work and tried using their phone to inform them of the tv issue and it did not work. I asked for towels in my room and was told they have a shortage on towels. we couldn’t even shower, in the morning I was given face wash towels to dry myself. Not to mention my daughter found a bug on her bed. In all honestly this location was the worst hotel I’ve stayed in and can’t believe The holiday Inn would allow one of their locations to be provide this type of service. Managers and assistant managers need to be held accountable starting with lack of accountability on towels needed per room and stations in hotel. Never have I been at a hotel where they have no towels. Roach issues is a major factor and cleaning. If they don’t dust off areas in the open they for sure don’t clean the showers and beds and is most likely the cause of roach infestation.

the location is excellent, the breakfast was complete no only fruit and cereal. the room was comfortable, and clean.

Clean and good location.

We spent almost $400 for a two night stay for our family vacation. This hotel would have been worth every penny if it wasn’t for some issues we had while we were there. 1. The pool was closed. 2. When I asked for some new towels they said they didn’t have any available and I would have to give them the ones that were in our room to get those washed and then they would give those back, but there was a wait time. 3. They have their own little restaurant inside the hotel When I made reservations the email confirmation I received said it had charged $10 per adult (which was me and my husband) for breakfast and $10 per adult for dinner, mind you that was $40 dollars added to what we paid to stay even though I did not request it because I didn’t know it has it’s own restaurant. When we asked for the breakfast they still charged us and they said it wasn’t charged with our reservation. I showed them the email but they said it wasn’t included so I still had to pay more for the breakfast. We don’t mind paying but if it mentioned it on the email confirmation they were charging me for it why would I have to pay for it again?
