Situés au deuxième étage d’un terminal, les clients de Flip Flop Fun bénéficient d’une vue magnifique sur l’océan Atlantique et la piscine communautaire Tidewater depuis le salon, le porche et la chambre principale. Vous adorerez siroter votre café du matin ou votre cocktail au coucher du soleil en soirée depuis le porche confortablement meublé. Flip Flop Fun propose deux chambres avec salle de bains privative avec lits king-size et un canapé-lit gigogne dans le salon et un accès à la piscine communautaire Tidewater (partagée avec seulement 24 autres unités de condos). La piscine communautaire de Tidewater comprend également une piscine pour enfants et un nouveau belvédère. Il y a aussi un pool house avec stations de rinçage pour chaque nettoyage de la plage après une journée dans le sable. Réservez cet incroyable condo face à la plage maintenant! Les invités entrent au Flip Flop Fun en empruntant les escaliers extérieurs les plus proches du parking de l'immeuble Tidewater I jusqu'au deuxième étage ou en prenant l'ascenseur de l'immeuble jusqu'au 2e étage et en traversant le couloir extérieur pour rejoindre la porte d'entrée de cette maison. (Des chariots à bagages communautaires sont à votre disposition près de l'ascenseur.) Vous allez ouvrir un petit portail pour accéder au porche et à la porte d'entrée. Une fois que vous avez franchi la porte d'entrée, vous trouverez un hall / couloir central menant aux deux chambres à droite du hall et à la cuisine, à la salle à manger et au salon situés à gauche. Vous apprécierez la vue sur l'océan depuis le salon et la chambre principale et la brise de l'océan (ainsi que des vues sur l'océan Atlantique et la piscine communautaire de Tidewater) depuis le balcon privé avec écran situé à côté du hall / couloir central entre le salon et la chambre principale . Il y a une grande machine à laver et sèche-linge dans le placard de la cuisine. Le stationnement hors rue pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 2 voitures est inclus dans le tarif de location.
Comme pour chacune de nos propriétés de Charleston Beaches, cette maison de vacances propose un "kit de démarrage" d'une valeur de quelques jours de fournitures pour les clients, comprenant shampoing, revitalisant capillaire, lingettes démaquillantes, savon, papier toilette, papier essuie-tout, détergent, détergent à lessive et plus. Draps et serviettes fraîchement lavés pour chaque personne sont également inclus dans le tarif de location.

We had a great time! Beautifully decorated condo! Loved that there were two porches…..one that you could sit, relax, and enjoy the ocean and the other that you could leave beach chairs and coolers on so not to drag sand indoors. The bottle of wine and cookies were a nice welcoming touch! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Our stay at Flip Flop Fun was just what we needed! The condo met the expectations set by the descriptions & photos. The access to the pool and the beach was SUPER easy.
We had 2 teenagers with us and we found that the 2 King beds & 2 baths to be a good setup for us to all have our own space (and our own TVs 😊). I enjoyed my coffee on the balcony each morning. We ate several meals in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed.
I had a lot of questions as I was planning our activities and the host was very prompt in their responses.
We also had great communication with them during our stay. We would book with iTrip again.

We stayed here for a long weekend. The unit was as described. The bedrooms are roomy and beds are comfortable. The building itself is showing its age and the sound travels easily between floors. Loved the porch and peaceful walks in the neighborhood and on the beach.

October being a cooler time of year, we wondered about the location. However, it was a great visit. The condo was just as it was pictured and had everything we needed. A bottle of wine and cookies were left for us to enjoy, lovely welcoming touch. This time of year was great, no crowds, felt like we almost had the place to ourselves. Going back sometime, will definitely look at the same condo and time of year. A recommendation for breakfast would be The Vicious Biscuit, went there twice.

My husband and I have been vacationing on Isle of Palms for 5 years now, staying at a different rental each time, and this is hands down the best place we have stayed in so far. We've even stayed at the resort/ hotel, and this still beats it. As a family of four with a toddler and an infant, this condo was perfect. The size and location were perfect, and everything was cleaned very nicely. We had extra towels and bedding, and never felt like we needed more. Overall, the condo was beautiful and the pictures don't do it justice!

Without a doubt, this was the CLEANEST condo we have ever stayed in! There was plenty of room for our family of four. The walk to the beach is convenient. The view is amazing! Our kids loved the pool! Having beach chairs and toys provided was a big help to us. The beds are amazingly soft and comfortable!! Plenty of towels and kitchen/bathroom supplies. There was some daily construction noise on site, but this was well communicated to us prior to our stay and did not bother us one bit. The owners are friendly and communicate well. Would stay here again and recommend to anyone!

This condo was exactly as advertised in the photos. The bedrooms were spacious, and the unit overall was very clean. As a corner unit, it got tons of natural light and the view from the screened in porch made for the perfect spot to have a cup of coffee in the morning, a mid-afternoon read (or nap), or a happy hour cocktail. It is close enough to the ocean that you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach from the screened porch, which is always a treat. We took full advantage of the easy access to the beach for morning and sunset walks along the water's edge. The property location is pretty deep into Wild Dunes, which adds a little extra time getting on and off the island, but that also means less crowds on this section of the beach, which is a nice perk. The building and the unit are showing a little bit of age, but they both seem well cared for and overall this was a great place to stay. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Condo was in good shape. Access to the beach and pool were outstanding. We would have enjoyed a bit more of near by local shopping, however Charleston has so much to offer 25 minutes away. We had not been able to take a vacation for a longer than normal period of time due to work responsibilities and this certainly did the trick and provided that great vacation feel.
