House was perfect, all windows overlooking the ocean made it possible to still enjoy looking at the beach during the heat of the day

We had a group of 5 guys (all turning 65 this year). The accommodations were great. While it does not look impressive from the outside, compared to other houses around it, the beach house had lots of nice amenities (ice maker, everything needed in the kitchen, etc) and was very clean. The beds were comfortable. Nice open view of the gulf and easy access to the beach. Convenient location. We would definitely stay there again.

Loved the location. Even though it’s beside some high rises there was plenty of space on the beach and it didn’t feel crowded. The upstairs is magnificent with all its space and privacy. And the beds are sooooo super comfortable and cozy too. I only put four stars for cleanliness because it seemed like the floors needed a really good mop but otherwise everything was pretty ship shape.

The house was perfect for our family getaway. Each room having its own bathroom is a plus. The location of the house is great. Maybe having another sofa in the den would be nice but other than that, everything worked out perfect for us.

13 family members gathered for my daughters masters graduation in this beautiful, clean and well stocked home. The views were absolutely stunning and made for some gorgeous photos! We all had a wonderful time together. The only thing negative I have to say about this wonderful home is that the living room furniture is quite worn and a bit dirty but everything else was very updated and clean and comfortable!! We had a wonderful and fabulous time! Highly recommend this house for a fabulous beach vacation right on the Sandy white beach!

This house directly on the beach has everything you would want for a large group. Plenty of room, king beds for everyone (except bunk bed room) and nice size bathrooms. Couldn't recommend it more and will be back.

Property was great! Location was close to everything and right on the beach. Only observation that was how filthy the living area upholstered furniture was. It needs to be steamed in the very least.

This was our first family vacation and it was wonderful. The house was fantastic and having the beach right there was awesome! We would definitely stay again

Communication with property manager was excellent. Reached out regarding a few questions, including one of the coffee makers not working, immediately had a new one delivered.

Very accommodating for our group of 17! Perfect location, the 2 refrigerators & separate ice maker was amazing to have, the porch was bigger in person which was great to have for our big group, the beach wasn’t crowded at all & parking was a breeze! I highly recommend this house, no complaints here!

Nice property. I do agree with other reviews; house needs a very deep clean but we enjoyed ourselves. Amenities were nice-we didn’t want or need anything additional. We had a couple of maintenance issues that were very quickly resolved. Convenience to restaurants and groceries was terrific and the private access to the beach was fantastic!!!

We loved the beach house, but the cleaning crew did not clean! We had fresh linens and were stocked with essentials. If the clean crew had cleaned, they would have found the broken refrigerator handle, the missing toilet seat, and the list goes on. After we called maintenance several times, then sweep and mopped the common area, wiped up ketchup from the kitchen isle; we had an enjoyable time. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. I called the property mgmt. after we left and left my number for a return call but have not heard anything back. Lovely house!

Location was perfect! Beach access was best I’ve ever had for a beach house! And room setup with King Beds and everyone their own bath was great!! Would absolutely stay again!!!

Location was amazing!
Nothing beats this beachfront property! The view was awesome!! Not to mention the private walkway leading out to the beach! This property accommodated my family comfortably. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. I would definitely rebook again in the future!

Great house and great location.
The house had plenty of room and space for everyone. The kitchen was great for feeding our large crowd. It was nice to be only steps from the beach so the team could enjoy som R and R. Only thing that was not working was the satellite tv. They wanted to watch some college baseball games. Other than that everything was perfect.

We loved this property and everything was super clean. The location can’t be beat. The only downside is the small porch for such a large house but everything else was great. Would rent again in a heartbeat!

Perfect Beach House
We loved the house and its location. The house had plenty of space for three adults and four children with space left over. Great views from the windows! Very clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The kids loved playing on the beach. We would stay here again.

Great location, spacious bedrooms.
The home is able to accommodate large crowds for sleeping. But if you want to gather together to watch a movie or a football game the living room is very small for the number of people the rest of the house will accommodate. Very small outdoor space so you must go to the beach when outside- i know terrible problem right? It is when it is windy and chilly. The bedroom door latch is broken. The downstairs bedroom lamp switch is broken. Several windows are broken (they are double paned with one pain broken. . It was clean but a lot of maintenance issues need attention. The home is clearly corporate owned for leasing too large crowds. It is not a comfortable home. No where to put a suitcase in most bedrooms except on the floor in the closet. No chair in bedrooms so no where to get away from the crowds to read a book without resting on the bed. We enjoyed our stay but will likely look for a different house next year.

Our family had a great experience at this house! We felt “at home.” The two refrigerators were priceless! And despite the cold this time of year, we were “out” more than we were “in” and enjoyed the beach immensely!

Good vacation site for large groups
Our large family had a wonderful time in this house. Each family had plenty of room in their own bedroom with a nice bunk room for the older kids. Although the house is surrounded by condos, this did not affect our privacy or prevent us from enjoying our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with dinner ware but could use more cooking and food storage options. The internet is extremely slow with a very weak signal. The living room area is small considering this house accommodates 18 people. The only way to rinse off after time on the beach was a water hose pulled up to the balcony from the ground floor which has a broken nozzle. It was great having two refrigerators and two dishwashers. The large washer and dryer on the second level was also a definite plus. Overall the main thing is our family spent a great week together!

Great rental
This was a great rental house, up to date with lots of room! It is great for multiple families as almost every bedroom has its own bathroom. It was a very nice house and direct access to the beach.

Beautiful Home
We enjoyed our stay at the home. Very spacious with immediate access to the beach. Location to all tourist destinations couldn’t be better. Only things I would say could be improved in would be WIFI, not strong enough to reach the farthest bedroom and kitchen pots and pans are used and no longer in good shape. Loved the duel refrigerators and dishwashers.

Beautiful house on Beautiful beach.
Our family enjoyed the stay here. The beach is beautiful! The house was clean and the sheets were soft. There were plenty of towels and comfortable space for everyone. Location was fantastic as anything you need is within 5 to 15 minutes away. The sounds and breeze from the ocean were perfect. The ice machine was a nice touch and smart TVs were great. We felt safe and relaxed.

Perfect for Larger Groups
Exactly as shown. Beautiful home. Stocked well in the kitchen with plenty of dishes. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and great views. Definitely recommend this property if you have a larger group that needs space.

Great house!
This house is in a great location and we loved our stay. It had everything we were looking for. Biggest negatives included the kitchen area not being wide enough for more than two people to be in the same area, one of the refrigerators did not cool well (good thing there are two!), and the location of the water hose to wash your feet off. In order to get to the hose (that has a hole in it), you have to walk across a sand dune and that is not allowed in many places in OBA to help reserve the sand dunes. Once you washed your feet off, you walked through the carport that is also covered in sand from the dunes to get inside. So by the time you are inside you have sand on your feet again. Also, the condos behind the house do not have a boardwalk so they were all walking through our carport to walk to the beach. Not a big deal but a little unsettling when it is not expected. Overall it was a great house!
