Ron and Christie were super helpful with showing us around and making us feel at home. They were always available through the app and even texted me when the wifi went out to let me know they were working on it, before i even noticed it was out. Their hospitality was great and the clean-up process was considerably quick and easy compared to some rentals. Only thing I would recommend is to label the light switches in the house. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out what turns what on/off. But it didn’t take away from the overall experience! Highly recommend!

This house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean and spacious! The hosts were by far the best! Meeting them was amazing they’re very humble, caring, loving and all about making sure we were taken care of while we stayed! I definitely will stay there with my family again! There was not anything bad about this stay at all!

We had the privilege of staying at Christie and Ron’s home and it did not disappoint! Photos don’t do it justice. The house has everything we needed and more, and was a perfect place to have a family gathering. The kitchen is second to none, the backyard space was amazing for swimming, enjoying the many tables, chairs, and spaces to relax. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms stocked and clean, and lots of room to eat, drink and be merry. Plenty of towels for the pool, floaties, and warm and bubbly set jacuzzi. The hosts were so nice and accommodating. We would stay here again without hesitation.

I met my extended family at this beautiful house and was so happy with the experience. My son asked me to tell the owner how beautiful the “mansion” was.
The pool was was perfect - we spent 5 hours one day in the hot sun. We were having too much fun.

The house is beyond beautiful…but the owners are amazing! They were easily available to us for any of our questions or needs, yet respected the group dynamic and did not come over…although we were happy to say goodbye to them in the driveway!

We enjoyed the property - pool was too cold the first week of May to really use more than a dip but appreciated the choice, only one lounge chair.
The owners do live in half the house although we didn’t really notice other than coming and going and you have to ask to do laundry as it’s shared with them.
This is a nice house on a big lot quiet neighborhood but for 3 couples and a single the bedroom configuration was a bit awkward as one of the bedrooms is actually the master bedroom closet which there is a door to the closet but it is semi open to the master bedroom so either the person in there has to go outside to the downstairs bathroom or into the master area. Also there is no where else to hang clothes I. The master except the “bedroom”. Also note the master is on the 2nd floor and an elderly couple was going to come and that wouldn’t have worked well for them.
Had some issues getting the hot tub at the right temp and owners were gracious and brought us breakfast but was a downer several days.
Several things were in need of repair and the coffee make being the largest annoyance even if they provided a keurig and pods. When 7 are staying individual pods with mostly weird flavors was not as expected. Kitchen was lovely though and had everything needed to cook a meal with spices etc if needed.
We did sleep really well on the master bed and linens were nice
Overall it’s a nice place could use a little extra attention to small details but for the price it was a good stay

Great property in north Albuquerque. Huge kitchen area and wonderful outdoor space with a pool and hot tub. Owners do live on the property but are in a separate space and kept to themselves unless we needed them. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Great view of the hot air balloons during the ballon fiesta. The location is also very close to balloon fiesta park.

We came in town for a family wedding but also wanted it to feel like a vacation. The location, view, pool and house did not disappoint. The owners were so sweet and even left little treats for us upon arrival. They were great communicators and we didn’t even remember that they also lived on site. It felt like our own vacation home. We spent a week at the property and had a great time. Ron and Christie were wonderful hosts and were available for any needs. The property is amazing and we especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and basketball courts. The views are spectacular and we were able to witness some amazing sunsets and lightning storms from the balcony. We hope to do it again next year!!

Location was near I-25 which made it easy to travel to Santa Fe or Old Town, etc. Grocery stores within 5 min. Property was absolutely beautiful. Pictures on VRBO are accurate but fail to capture the full ambiance of the home. We had space to chill or space to gather. Top notch.

Family Vacation 2021/2022
We enjoyed the house so beautiful & lots of space. We made lots of memories, we took lots of pictures. Only thing that didnt like was that we had to go out & wash our clothes. When we booked it, it said washer & dryer( but didn’t say 2 hours only to wash & dry), when asked if we could wash, we could only wash from 10 am til 12 noon. Also when we booked it, it didnt mentioned the owners lived on 1 side of the house, that info came when we were going to arrive. They didn’t bother us, it would of been nice to know all this upfront.

Warm and friendly family home; spectacular views
Christie and Ron were warm, friendly and responsive. Their living space is attached, but they were never in the rental space and were extremely respectful. The home was spotless clean with plenty of common room. When we needed to do laundry they gave us immediate access.

Toddler's First Road Trip
We had an AMAZING time at this property. The pool was perfect for our 2-year-old. The owners of the property showed us all of the things we needed to know about the pool area so we could enjoy it immediately. They also had options laid out of food and activities nearby. It was a wonderful house. We loved the master bathroom! There were games in the closet for us to play as a family during down time. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! It was a wonderful experience!

We used this property to to host a 16th birthday. The owners were so thoughtful. The house had everything you could need. Tons of towels and bedding. Hot tub was hot and clean. Overall very spacious. The owners were easy to work with and helpful. Would highly recommend. Thank you Christie and Ron the views in the morning and evenings were beautiful.
