The house was more of a home during our visit. We all experienced great times together enjoying the space and amenities. Everything you needed was there and more. The communication was amazing and any questions or requests were answered quickly. This was one of our best experiences and would highly recommend this property to anyone that is looking for comfort, convenience and great value. Luke Rogers is a very responsive and cares that the visitors have an enjoyable experience.

The property was beautiful, the beds very comfortable and everyone loved the pool and hot tub. All of the extra amenities that had been placed by the owner was greatly appreciated, the dishwasher tabs, the laundry soap, extra trash bags. Family of 8 and everyone had a great time.

Your home is amazing and the kids loved the games. There was plenty of space and the decor was Great! We felt so welcomed and when we are in Albuquerque, NM again we will stay there again. Thank You!

We stayed here for the balloon fiesta. If you didn't want to go to the actual park on any given day, you could go out the front door and see the balloons. There is a nice park a block away that you could grab some lawn chairs and watch the show as well. Would recommend purchasing the pool heater option during this time of year as well. Nice during the day, but the mornings and evenings can be quite chilly. Enjoyed our stay.

Great place with plenty of room for 9 adults. Owner was very responsive. There was a variety of cookware, dishes, towels. No wanting for anything. You can't go wrong with this place.

This property was an ideal setup for a large group or family. Abundant supplies were provided, towels, dishes, laundry supplies, pool toys and floats, everything one could ask for. Games for kids and adults, including darts in the garage. Communication with Luke was extremely responsive for anything that came up during our stay. Highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Albuquerque!

This was our second time staying at this house, which is a great layout with plenty of space to hang out. One of the best parts of the house is the pool, but unfortunately, we were only able to use it the last two days. The pool temp was 93 and it was too hot to get into. We called and they sent someone but he said there was nothing wrong. The next day, another guy came and said the circulation was off. He turned it on and said it should cool down. That took 2 days, so we were only able to enjoy the pool Thurs and Fri. The price difference between houses with pools and those without is significant, so this was really disappointing. The other thing I was surprised about is that there were no beach towels, no chairs, umbrellas or even a wagon to carry things to the beach. And no pool toys. So, we had to buy all of that, which is ridiculous for the price of the house. I asked my mom about this and she said the mngt company told her people kept stealing the wagons and chairs. If that's true, then get a deposit from people, but to have nothing and show up off a plane, and be expected to buy all of this stuff and then just leave it there, is crazy. For that reason alone, I would not stay at this house again. The last thing is that while the house was sparkling clean when we arrived, I think they may have a bug problem. There were ants and some sort of flying ant all over the house. I would only stay at this house again if these things were addressed. Otherwise, it's a great house.
