Immense, entièrement meublé surdimensionné Townhouse Brownstone à Highlands Ranch. Près du nouvel hôpital UC Health et de l'hôpital pour enfants, à quelques pas du centre-ville de Highlands Ranch, de Home Depot, de la bibliothèque du Highlands Ranch, de Safeway et de nombreux restaurants. I have family in Highlands Ranch and this was my second stay at this town house. It was immaculate with everything we needed. It's also very convenient to stores and restaurants in Highlands Ranch.

This place lived up to its billing and reviews. We say 10 out of 10. Clean and comfortable. Convenient and safe location. Beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of conveniences. We were so blessed to stay here. Communication with owner was great--wants to serve and make the stay enjoyable.

We stayed here in November/December of 2023. The property was chosen for its proximity to the Cancer Center at UC Health Highlands Ranch and exceeded our expectations. Under 5 minutes to the hospital by car and about the same by foot to restaurants, barbers/salons and the Douglas County Library.
A wonderful Safeway was less than half a mile away. We were able to cook the required meals in a spacious kitchen that was the heart of the main floor of the townhouse. We ate a few meals in the gorgeous dining room but for the most part we sat at the breakfast bar between the kitchen and the family room.
The upstairs area held a second office area as well as two very nice bedrooms and two full baths. The master bath holds a very relaxing garden tub and a separate shower.
Joe is a very responsive, wonderful host and very flexible about our check-out time due to a noon final cancer treatment. Thank you so much Joe!
The neighborhood is quiet and no noticeable sound from the adjoining unit. The end unit location gives extra privacy. Best of all, a small patio is located between the two-car garage and the townhouse. I am sure summer visitors would take great advantage of the grill.
This townhouse was the perfect property and really reduced the stress associated with the medical treatment. Five stars is not enough!

This house was beautiful and in the perfect location to visit our family. It was cozy and exactly what we needed. It was so close to our damily we were visiting too which was a plus.

The townhouse is very spacious and close to shops and restaurants. It was well equippped with everything we needed for our stay. It's located in a very safe, quiet neighborhood. I hope we can return!

Great corporate rental or extended stay property!
The property was spacious, clean and well equipped. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to dining and casual shopping. Our host Joe was very responsive to our inquiries. We would definitely consider this again in the future, if the need came up.

Proximity to our needs
We needed a place close to the UC hospital because our daughter was having cancer surgery. The location was perfect. The owner was more than accommodating. We would go back in a heartbeat. It was a home away from home.

Great December Stay
Great location, close to restaurants/ grocery store/ fast foods/ Walgreens etc. - spacious, comfortable town home with two car garage/ gas fireplace - back patio would be awesome during the summer. Owner Joe very easy to work with - highly recommend this rental.

Clean and everything you need nearby
Had to be in Lone Tree most days for medical reasons and this was a great location and very convenient. Close to Safeway, etc. Half an hour from Denver.

Outstanding
We needed a place to stay for a couple of weeks while we waited for our new home to be completed. This townhouse worked out perfectly for us. Very clean and in great condition. The location was convenient to everything we needed. The owner Joe was very accommodating. Easy and prompt communication. Wonderful experience!

Christmas 2019 in Denver
This property was well maintained and in a very good location for us. Everything worked great ..... We would certainly stay there again if it is available.
We appreciated being able to set up a small artificial Christmas tree for our Christmas visit to family in the area.

Great place with everything you need!
My family and I couldn’t have chosen a better rental. Joe was informative and easy to communicate with. Once we arrived we knew the place was perfect. The condo was very clean and super spacious. We were pleasantly surprised by the covered garage parking and small private patio. Overall the property was perfect for our holiday visit to Highlands Ranch.

Perfect
This place was perfect. Had everything we needed and more. Fully equipped with supplies. Joe was wonderful, as we needed to extend our stay TWICE, and he accommodated us. Not that it would’ve always worked out but it did and he was more than helpful. Had friends over and several want the information for the future

Had an excellent stay. The place is beautiful and lots of room to enjoy your stay both in and out of the home. Meaning the community has a lot to offer with close by shopping and night life.
