Convenient and safe

Convenient location.

Sofa cushions are worn and hard. Very uncomfortable to sit on. Bed mattress are poor quality and sagging. Toilet tap loose. Master bedroom selector for hot n cold shower mixer not working. Sofas and toilet fixtures need to change out. Lift did not stop at unit level during peak period., had to walk down 24 floors to carpark with luggages.

1. We like having a card access to our floor. There was someone who tried to tailgate us and hitched a ride to our floor, pretending he needs to get to higher floor without a card access. 2. Very kind to let us leave our luggage for a couple of hours after check out.

Supposed to have coffee but not in the basket provided.

Loved the view; Spacious, clean condo @ 26 floor and lift @ground floor link door to Mall. Mall has lots of nice restaurants and eateries, cinema and all kinds of shopping & amenities to occupy my whole family 👍👍👍Staff are very professional came quickly as contactable by WhatsApp. Condo has everything including fridge and kitchen w washing machine etc.

Wifi was intermittent but they came and solved it quickly.

Location is very good

The air conditioner is leaking, and water is dripping everywhere on the floor. I contacted the property but no one came to solve the problem...

The room is clean. The floor is shiny and clean, beds are clean and comfy. The swimming pool is big. It is connected to KSL mall and there are many food choices in and around the mall area. There is security 24/7. The balcony is metal grilled so I don't have to worry about my children wandering into the balcony.

The cleanliness of the unit is superb. The bed linens are very clean and comfortable. We will return if we go to jb again. The explanation of switching the TV & air conditioning is very clear.

Convenient n easy access to many places. Spacious unit for big family. Thoughtful owner provided dispenser for hot n cold drinking water.

- Parking lot is in a mess. Not organised - Lift just takes FOREVER. During checkout, took me almost 1hr just to go down. Had to wait bcause of my wheelchair-bound father. - Pool is just a NO NO - Temp parking space to take key is so limited(3). - Room is clean but many things are wearing off.

Location The apartment is conveniently located above a shopping mall. There wer many options for restaurants and eating places

The checking in process can be improved.

It is right above the mall, the person who met me to pass me the cards is very friendly and responded to my query very quickly via whatsapp. We didnt know what was private lift was then we realized our unit js right at the lift with no one can enter 😂. we even walked out to the corridor to find our room 😂

this is not the owner’s fault but the soundproof isnt very good. can hear upstairs dragging of table or chair and even cars driving at the busy roads

The owner give very simple instruction and its very easy to follow.. The rooms are all very clean and the location very good..with coffeebean ..starbucks and alot variety of food..especially right outside the entrance to the apartment..that lok lok and the sambal stingray prawn and drink..those need message also quite alot just near to the apartment

Enjoyed the facilities and location. Service was super good and were able to get things sorted fast. Actually we paid for another place earlier which was way too expensive. Poor service and rude owner. Booking should nt allow this kind of customers on booking.com. It was 2 JB ADDA DAYA SETIA ECO AUSTIN 24 PAX... we lost rm1600 just for seeing the place. The owner should learn to be more honest in publishing. The house was dirty and the facilities are super old. Wht you see in the add is way too different Please don't ever book tht place. KSL is surely the best.

I like the person in charged as they are really contactable when i got any enquiry.. just that the reception of the TV is not good only.. Recommended and worth it. Will go staycation with my family if I need it tks.

the description said 3 bedroom but the extra bedroom is actually located at the hall so it’s really misleading

Small and compact. Liked the washing machine which enable us to wash and hang dry clothes at the balcony.

4 pax but one toilet. One toilet paper for two nights for 4 pax. Could have provided more. Near to dumping area found cockroach. Found hair and dirt on sofa even after cleaning of room when informed room is ready. Squeaky for Bed in room.

Convenient. Great for group of friends
