Une oasis tropicale au milieu du désert de Las Vegas. À seulement quelques minutes du célèbre Strip de Las Vegas, du casino Red Rock ou du centre-ville de Summerlin. La maison est répartie sur 3 niveaux: 1er niveau, à l’étage une suite parentale, chambre King Size, téléviseur 75 pouces, salon, salle de bains, cuisine entièrement équipée et terrasse adjacente avec vue sur le Strip.
En bas: (2ème et 3ème niveau), il y a 4 chambres à coucher, 3 salles de bain, cuisine entièrement équipée pour les gourmets, salle de jeux (billard, fléchettes, babyfoot et trois smart TV 55 ", avec câble Dish et Wifi.
3ème niveau, est la section de vos enfants et leur nounou.
L'eau filtrée purifiée coule dans toute la maison.
3 unités AC pour chaque niveau gardent la maison fraîche.

Spacious home with exceptional outdoor areas. Very well equipped kitchen. Lots of beds, most of them comfy. Some of the furniture should be replaced, but generally a great experience.

Pros: big house...clean...lots of beds...good outdoor space...good communication ....good selection of cooking utensils
Cons: house is definitely only 5 bedrooms...house is definitely older...not as nice as pictures portray...you must make all beds upon arrival
The biggest drawback of the house is the metal blinds covering every window...we opened a few..but you are afraid of breaking them so you leave them closed...keeps house very dark .
Side note make sure to pickup dish soap,paper towels, dishwasher pods,laundry soap ,toilet paper...they give you enough to get through a couple of days...if we would have known ahead of time it would have saved us a trip to the store...

The place was a hit for the size of our family preparing for a big wedding. It was also a good place to bring little dogs as it has a dog park behind the house that could easily cater to them. Very close to everything and the host is so wonderful in responding to our questions and needs. Although the house itself might need a bit of TLC, it’s still is perfect for us!

We were a group of 16, ranging in ages from 4 to 71 - lots of room for everyone. We spent most of our time in the spacious backyard which was delightful. Lots of shade, plants & birds. Cooked most of our meals & enjoyed them at the Oasis!

I truly do not advise, renting this place. The ceiling was falling down in two different places. When I told her about it, she told me if it bothers you do not look up. Also, the swimming pool in that work all the time I was there my family and friends cannot use it, they were cameras everywhere watching me am I guess. The landscaping was nothing like the pictures so he had to be very old pictures. In the backyard by the basketball court, there was a broken basketball court on the ground an old, rusty barbecue grill that I could not use. You can tell the outside property has not been kept up. I stayed there for five days. It was only worth one. So please take my advice and find somewhere else to stay. It is not worth it.

The property was better looking than the photos portrayed. Enough beds for 14 people and more! Ample room for everyone. Linens were plentiful, kitchen appliances and tableware was plentiful. Pool was bigger than shown in photo, as was the basketball area. Landscape was nice and appropriate for the home. Any contact I had with the owner through email was met with an immediate reply (within 10 minutes!). I’m very satisfied with my stay and hope yo have the opportunity to rent the property again for my next family vacation.

The location was great! The home space was adequate for our group, enough beds to accommodate everyone. I LOVED the en-suite.Maggie was very responsive when I reached out during our stay. The home was clean when we arrived. However, we do feel a few changes would make this a perfect getaway.
1. All rooms should have tvs.
2. The Wi-Fi was not good. We could not watch tv on the regular channels without signal interruption. There was an issue with a remote and Maggie had property management bring a new universal remote. The next day another universal remote went out (possibly batteries). Streaming tv was our only option.
3. The area for pets outside was more clean than the area for humans.
4. The grill was rusted out, we didn’t want to use it.
5. Seating near the grill had bird poop everywhere. We were not able to utilize. Maybe some fake owls would keep the birds away.
6. Pond had no water
7. The furniture in the living room should be updated. The sectional was fine but the decorative chairs should be removed. The cushions have been worn out and you fall very low when sitting.

We really enjoyed our time at this property. Our small school group had plenty of room stretch out and places to sleep. Most of the beds were comfy but a few were squeaky or older mattresses. We were so tired from all our tours and activities that we slept well anyway.
The outdoor spaces and indoor pool table provided lots of entertainment for our group in the downtime. The living area was nice and central and plenty of room for our group of 12. It would be crowded or lack seating if the group were much larger.
This house is located in a nice, quiet area but is also just 20-30 minutes from most things. We loved being able to relax here at the end of the day or between activities.

It didn’t take long to feel like home. More than enough comfortable beds for each of us. Plenty of back yard/patio room for basketball, grilling and hanging out! Everything was clean and tidy. We certainly enjoyed our time there. Not sure if owner knew but the jacuzzi tub didn’t work. But what a tub!

Overall we had a good experience at this VRBO! Couple things I would like to address. They only supply 8 rolls of toilet paper.. we had 20 people staying for 3 nights. We ended up having to buy more, luckily the CVS is walking distance. Pool was pretty chilly, but it was 100+ degrees so not that big of a deal. Laundry room hard to find, had to reach out to find out where it is (dog park area). Property lists that the stay comes with chauffeur, concierge and massage services. That was before Covid, but definitely a big selling point that should be taken down. Again, just small things, we really did enjoy our stay! Maggie is really easy to work with and gets back in a timely manner if you have questions.

Great location
Big property to host a large gathering. We had 13 people with kids ranging from <2yrs to 13yrs; the house had plenty of space for everyone to separate when needed and plenty of gathering spaces like the pool and basketball court when others wanted to spend time together. Maggie was a superhost, very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Not the Best
We weren't impressed with the rundown look of the place and the cobwebs above the kitchen island didn't help any. We had to call and ask them to come turn the AC down as it was during a cool spell and it was cold in the house! We had no control over the thermostat. We cleaned as required and when I asked about a refund for the cleaning if it passed inspection - she never contacted me with a reply, so of course she kept the money. I would suggest an onsite inspection from the property manager/owner to see how lax the cleaners are in taking care of this place. We even had to change a light bulb that was burned out when we got there.
We won't use this property again.

Great Stay!
Plenty of room in the home for multiple people. We had a jiu jitsu tournament and it was great for everyone to have their own space. Backyard is pretty awesome too! Thank you Maggie!

AMAZING! Something for ALL ages! prompt and easy communication with Magida! We hope to return again!
Magida is WONDERFUL! We had constant communication leading up to and during our stay. Unlike many who visit Vegas, our trip was for medical purposes. Three out of eight of us are considered high risk for COVID, but the appointments were necessary. Magida went above and beyond to ensure we knew our safety and health was important!
This home has EVERYTHING! The kids were entertained even in the midst of 112 degree heat! It felt like an oasis, yet home all at the same time. The neighborhood is clean, and an easy drive to the strip. We drove the strip to show the kids the lights, and it was easy there and back. The kids LOVED standing on the balcony and seeing the "pyramid lights." The house is extremely well kept, and attention to details is paid throughout the property. There is a fire pit for s'mores, bbq and smoker, pool, basketball court, hanging punching bag, an exercise room with quality equipment, the cutest dog park EVER, laundry room, immaculate kept pool, a cooler by the pool with umbrellas, the creek and picnic tables, a large and well stocked kitchen, TONS of space and bed, foosball, pool table, the kids corner, the list goes on and on! This home is truly a gem! All of the kids asked when their next doctor appointments are (and they hate going)! God blessed us with this stay, Magida and the house made a difficult trip, very easy! We hope to return someday!

Big House With Nice Pool
A large group of us stayed here for a family trip to Vegas. We loved the pool and having a full kitchen to cook meals. The living room didn't have much seating but the design of the room doesn't allow for large couches such as a sectional. The room description said there were 6 bedrooms but there were only 5. The area being counted as the 6th was part of the upstairs suite area but shared space with the upstairs dining room and kitchen so it was not a separate bedroom. This caused some room assignment tension. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay! The home is in a nice part of Vegas and we felt safe our entire stay.

Absolute gem in the desert!
It started off with excellent communication with Maggie, the property manager. When we got there, it was even more beautiful and accommodating than the pictures showed. Getting Uber’s to the strip was fast and easy, so don’t let that deter you from choosing this house. I would absolutely recommend it. Thanks Maggie!

Oasis to relax and enjoy!!!
For our wedding we stayed in this house with our whole family. It is plenty of space, clean, modern and cozy and huge.
The owner Maggie is very responsive and great in organizing and helping. We really enjoyed it and would come back to this oasis.
It really is as show on the pictures, has a pool, fireplace, bbq and even a dog park if needed.
We really loved it and enjoyed staying there.
