Belle unité de coin ouest de 3 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain située au 6ème étage. Cette unité dispose d'un lit king dans la chambre principale, d'une salle de bain privée avec douche à l'italienne, d'une télévision à écran plat, d'un lecteur DVD et d'un accès à un balcon orienté au nord. La chambre d'hôtes dispose de 2 lits doubles, TV à écran plat et lecteur DVD. La chambre numéro 3 comprend un lit double, des lits superposés, une télévision à écran plat et un lecteur Blue Ray. Le salon ouvert offre une vue magnifique depuis les baies vitrées, une télévision 65 pouces et un canapé-lit dans le salon. La cuisine entièrement équipée a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un Keurig. Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse.

This condo is fantastic! I would recommend it to anyone who is going to OBA. The layout worked great for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Location and condo was great! Family had a great time!
Will say there a few cleanliness things within the room that could have been caught. Fridge was dirty on inside and outside and stains on the second bedroom walls. Like chocolate maybe? Other than that we enjoy every bit. Loved the bright colors and the view!!

Fan in living room missing a blade causing it to not function properly. Fan in one room not working at all. Still had a wonderful time and plan on returning next summer!!

We had a great vacation, was a great stay. If any complaint, it would be the elevator situation, especially at check in time! Overall really good.

This is extremely late since it was June 2023.
The condo was great for our sleeping needs and the view was spectacular.
We had an issue with the double bed in one room as it was making a lot of noise. When I looked under it found some trash, dirt and broken glass.
I contacted host and they tried to take care of the bed not much they can do about the trash.

Wonderful condo! Had everything we needed for our group of 7. Management quickly fixed a plumbing issue. Will keep this condo in my "favorites."

The only issue we had was the tvs. The master room tv had no remote. I ended up downloading the remote to my phone so we could watch tv so it worked out. Other than that everything else worked out pretty good.

Overall the stay was great! A little inconvenient bc there was a water event in the condo above us and water leaked through so upon arrival there was a loud dehumidifier in there for a few days and a weird smell (probably from the water) in the bedroom with the bunk beds so the kids couldn’t use the room which was super inconvenient considering we got a 3 bedroom so they could have their own room. Overall though we loved the condo.

Beautiful views, friendly and helpful staff, even came to show us how to use remote for tv. They had wonderful shopping carts to haul all your luggage, etc. to you unit. We would definitely stay again!

Overall the property was wonderful as it was close proximity to the beach and so much more. The one change I would make to the property is to have more than 6 towels when the property can sleep 12. I understand not having a plethora of towels but at least 1 per guest would be nice.

This condo was perfect for our family beach trip! My husband and I had a room, my in laws had a room, and my two kids shared the room with the bunk beds. There was a smart tv in every room. The bathrooms were nice. And it’s a corner condo so that’s a plus as well. Check in and out was a breeze and they texted us to make sure everything was great. I requested one thing be cleaned and someone was there within the hour to clean it. Awesome service!! We definitely recommend this condo or any managed by Liquid Life!

My family loved the location of this condo. It's on the corner, so there's extra balcony space. Everything was clean when we arrived, and the view is wonderful. Our only issue was with the remotes. Some didn't have batteries, they were mixed up and not with the correct TVs, etc.. (normally, we wouldn't even be using the TVs at the beach, but my older parents were with us, and were in the condo for most of the time). We called customer service and they came out the next day and fixed this issue.We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Overall, the room and location were fine. The price for the room was fine for a 3 bdrm 2 bath corner unit. VBRO fees are ridiculous. For what you do, you overcharge by far. I will book directly from now on. Jo Ann Harris/Shannon Jones

Phoenix V condominium has 1 set of elevators that move slower than a turtle, expect to wait or take the stairs during rush hours. Liquid Life is the company renting this condo (Brett Robinson rents out Phoenix V condos also) and Liquid Life did not tell us there was a “towel shortage”? And that’s why they refused to provide us with enough towels (condo rents for 12… they won’t give towels for more than 8 people however). We saw many housekeepers with carts full of towels and even a giant bagged cart of clean towels being hauled across the parking lot. So prepare for that, as well as no complimentary bars of soap, or hand soap.
The condo was beautiful and the view absolutely gorgeous. Dishes in the condo were more than plenty, just don’t forget trash bags, your own towels for bathing, hand soap, shower soap, laundry and dish detergent! Other than that, if a different company decided to rent this condo out, we’d stay in it again.

Condos was nice and spacious. Me and my family enjoyed it and will be back. However I don’t think the cleaning company did their job before we came in. There was sand in the condo and our feet were black. Other than that everything else was good. Beds were very comfortable and clean.

This condo was able to accommodate 6 adults and 8 kids with plenty of room to move. Views were wonderful and weather was perfect for leaving the sliding doors open all day! The kids loved the heated pool and beach access was easy. Check in and out was effortless and the beds slept great!

We were kinda worried about bringing a 1 year old to the beach for the first time but she loved it. She really enjoyed the spash pad! This is a must of small kids. The condo was very nice and very clean. Pleanty of room for a big family. Overall I would stay here again. Thanks from Cajun Country!!!!

Having owned a rental condo in OBA, we look at places we rent with different eyes than some. Bedding was excellent and love being on the end. Balcony furniture was outstanding. Size of BRs and baths were very nice. Furniture in living room was very uncomfortable with limited seating and there was no coffee table. Dining chairs and stools need some rubber tips to cut down on noise and scraping on the tile. With only one lamp in the LR and the horrendous bulbs in the overhead fixtures, we were forced to keep the “attractive fluorescent” in the kitchen on all the time. Each bedroom had only one very small lamp, including the master. Kitchen was sparsely equipped compared to other units we’ve rented i.e. only 2 wine glasses and perhaps the cheapest cookware I’ve ever seen. With minimal effort and expense this condo could be really nice given the location and layout and I believe would improve its rental income. We would recommend if improvements were made.
