The size of the home for the value. The at house pool. The kitchen facilities. The bedrooms sizes. The decorations.

We liked everything. Any problems we found in the beginning maintenance was very quick to fix. No complaints!

The home was beautiful, plenty of space, well decorated & great location! That part is 5 stars.

We had some issues found such as a broken doorknob that locked you in a bdrm, broken foosball table, & very limited & small cookware. Also, the 2nd night we locked out of the property due to Wonder Vacation Homes NOT telling us a parking pass is required. We were instructed to go directly to the home we rented and was provided with the code. However, after 7 pm all the gates are locked. We had to take all 5 cars to another gate to receive a pass so our cars wouldn't be towed. Traveling with a family of 18, these things created inconveniences. To make matters worst, customer support was very poor in response time. I would have to msg & email multiple times over hours before a response. To top it off, the response would usually be a question instead of a resolution. Which took more time to resolve since I would have to respond to them then wait hours for them to respond again. Again, the property was overall nice but the company has to get better with providing good customer service. You pay good money, you expect good service.

place was pretty, pool was nice , location was good

First we had issues that could have been resolved easily, but they have poor communication, horrible customer service, takes days to get a response and they advertise they have a quick response available all the time.. at our location one of the beds had something that look like mice poop and ants on the bed. all the games tabl advertise had nothing to play them with or they were broken. the ice machine didn't work.. my door handle for my room was broken again these things weren't huge but they're lack of attention and concern was horrible. I requested a grill on the day I got there I didn't get it till after tons of requests and one day before I left.. ohh not to mention it tells you if you want a pool heater its extra..but they don't tell u the HOT TUB does not get hot unless u request the pool heater
