only the location is a pit good. but the rest is not worth the money. it need renovation and it’s an apartment hotel. which was the entryway for the reception from behind the building.

the toilet is really bad. no trash in the bed room. the tap water was moving from its place….

This is a solid hotel, a very good deal for the price with a very good location, across the street from sea promenade, 1km away from Hassan II mosque. The room was specious, breakfast ok.

Breakfast was nice.

Our pickup got lost at the airport. He didn't even answer at the phone. After a long time, we had to get a taxi by ourselves and waisted 15 eur in data roaming trying to connect with someone. Once at the hotel (a very long trip due to the taxi driver not knowing the hotel) we arrived in a very dirty room. Toilet was used, hair in bed, and in general, not an amazing smell. For the amount we paid it was too bad.

Extremely kind and helpful staff

Room was clean with a comfortable king sized bed. Conveniently located on the promenade and walking distance to the Hassan 2 Mosque. On taxi route and ideally located to visit tourist sites. Mohammed at front desk most helpful with information and advise. Felt safe walking on the promenade late at night. There was safe and secure underground parking.

No complimentary shampoo and shower gel (two other hotels stayed in Morocco provided such). Lack of privacy as part of the kitchen windows had no curtains. The other curtains look see through and convinced that others from the surrounding flats could peer into the kitchen and lounge. Kitchen should have table and chairs rather than to sit in the lounge and have a meal.
