Welcoming staff that endevours to make the stay as great as possible. The whole resort has an unique flair, starting with the lovely furnished room over the outdoor area and the nice coffeeshop. Used bike rental at the hotel which worked out great.

The location of the hotel is very nice, close to the pier (10-12 mins on foot). They can also assist you in renting a scooter to make your life easier going around the island. The room was clean and it is very nice that the hotel also provides beach towels to use.

The staircase to the upper floor is very narrow making it difficult to carry a suitcase. Also, the price you see in booking is not the actual price you pay. You are asked to pay in advance via a bank transfer that charges 3% extra. Keep that in mind before booking.

Everything!! The property was super cute and aesthetic. We really loved our stay here . The staff was super helpful with everything, we will definitely be back!

Location, the view of the corridor is unpleasant with construction going on with noise and construction waste. Noise stops from the evening though, so doesn't really impact. The shower water takes long time to warm up and stay unstable

Very nice hotel, we feel right away when we arrive the relationship with the ecology, we feel good in a pretty and natural setting while remaining close to the main area. There is also a very good coffee shop with a discount for hotel guests. We will be back 😁

Really nice clean room with a balcony in a nice little development. Location was around 10mins walk from the pier/beach but that worked for us as it had easy access to beaches on the east and south of the island and was across from a 7-11.

No complaints! Location worked well to get around the island but obviously it isn't right on the beach which would bother some people.

Very very friendly and helpful staff. Cool designed facility. Delicious food in related Cafe, Restaurant and Ice cream shop. Good location with a 7 eleven opposite of the street. 15 min walk to the pier.

The room was very clean (housekeeping was amazing) and the bed was big and very comfortable. Nice amenities (&sustainable) in the room. The hotel has a cozy café as well. The staff was super friendly and helped us with everything we needed, including booking a ferry & bus to Surat Thani. Location is great, close by a few min by scooter to everything (restaurants, beaches, viewpoints). They had a very good laundry service. Would highly recommend this place.

- Very nice staff! - Cute and cozy rooms + terrace - Got 10% off at the café and ice cream store which where both really really good, maybe one of the best ice creams we every had :) - Located near the pier, very central but still relatively quiet, we hardly heared the street at all in the night - The way the hotel is layed out makes you feel like you're in the middle of a small jungle :)

Only thing was that the bathroom looked a little bit used, because there were some small moldy stains at the ceiling and the shower curtain. If they would exchange/wash the curtain and take care of the ceiling spots, everything would be perfect :)

Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. The room was a dream. The location a 10 min walk from the pier and surrounded by restaurants and shops. There is also a hotel café which had very delicious food and as hotel guest I got an discount. Thank you. ❤️

Lovely location, clean, and near the town but not in the thick of it so if we wanted an escape we could easily have one.

We loved this place and the owners and staff are super wonderful! We took the apartment and a double room for our kids and it was perfect. The café attached is one of the best we came across on our travels.

The wooden slats outside our apartment were dangerous and rotting. I went to hang my towel on the balcony and one of them broke under my foot. The owners really need to fix this as it’s super unsafe but I’m sure they will.

I absolutley loved everything here! The modern designed room and balcony is exactly as shown on the pictures! Only the room size and bathroom size is a little smaller as I expected but this was still totally fine. My room was on the side of the house and so I even had more light coming in from two windows which I totally enjoyed. I also really liked the location between the two busy areas but very easy to get everywhere and no need to go uphill. The café which belongs to the hotel is super cozy, has the best food and the very friendly people running eat, don´t miss it!

Sometimes there was a bubble noise coming from the sink in the bathroom

We absolutely loved this hotel! The design is beautiful, we had everything we needed in our studio and it was just gorgeous. The surroundings are lovely and the hotel has lots of nice greenery and plants. The on-site cafe serves delicious breakfasts and pastries. The bed was extremely comfortable and the sheets were really nice quality. Shower is powerful and the water is hot. A lovely touch is all the locally made soaps in the bathroom and kitchenette. The staff are very kind, helpful, and accomodating. They sent a list of recommendations for the island before we arrived which was really helpful. It was a perfect place to spend Christmas and we would absolutely come back to stay again without hesitation! We didn't want to leave! Something to be aware of (which wasn't an issue for us as we had a scooter) is that the hotel is set away from the main restaurants, beach, and nightlife. So if you want to be right in the middle of things or don't want to ride a scooter, it may not be the best location for you. However, there are nice restaurants and a 7/11 within easy walking distance, and Mae Haad beach is not far.
