Breakfast was good. Location was great because it was just steps outside the busy Medina. Everyone on staff was very helpful in all sorts of ways. They let us stay an extra night in the same room despite a tour group arriving. The stairways and hallways were spacious.

The shower was badly designed: The shower nozzle was too high and the spray wet most of the bathroom floor. No bath mats available. There should have been more counter space near the sink—no place to put toilet kits except on the floor. It would be good to have a small elevator installed!

Buena ubicación y personal muy amable

Estaba en construcción. Agujeros en el techo donde entraba agua justo fuera de nuestro cuarto, la ventana no cerraba bien, muy mal equipado, no tenía muebles en el baño. Recomiendo buscar un Riad u otra cosa donde la experiencia sea mas agradable.

La struttura è in pieno centro, a due passi dal parcheggio e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. È molto pulita e spaziosa. Buona la colazione con brioche.

El personal súper atento. Las habitaciones nuevas y excelentes. Luego en su parte de abajo tienen un restaurante delicioso. Y la ubicación inmejorable, en el centro de la Medina y con muy fácil acceso.

Location, friendly staff and good food.

The cleanliness. The bathroom had no extractor fan and we were given now shower mat or hand towels. The door handles were very loose and neatly falling off. Lots of hairs in the bed. Needed to have some time spent on the finishing touches.

Very clean, spacious room with comfortable beds in a very good location in the medina.

There is a restaurant that offers food and drinks and showcases live Moroccan music but you could hear the sound in the room.

The location couldn't get better. It is in the middle of everything. On the right is the medina and left is the beach. Taxi stand is 1-2 mins walk. Staff amazing and helpful. Now that I know the area, I wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Ibrahim was amazing and allow me to keep the room for a few extra hours as I had a late flight.

I just though basic stuff are missing in the room, like glass and kettle. But I will definitely go there again.

En plein cœur de la médina, personnel très accueillant.

L'hôtel fait aussi restaurant, et le restaurant organise des soirées TOUS les soirs... Grosse ambiance et bruit jusqu'à très tard le soir... Le petit-déjeuner n'était pas à mon goût.

L'emplacement au cœur de la medina est un plus. Accès direct à la place face à la mer et aux ruelles marchandes. L'équipe était super arrangeante et au service du client.

L'absence d'ascenseur pour accéder au 3eme étage

personnel d accueil très souriant,toujours prêt a nous rendre service...cet hôtel est jumelé avec un restaurant qui sert tout type de boissons.....présence d un grand espace découvert... devant et construction solide....u un plus par tremblement de terre...

The hotel room felt like a cell bar on the windows , the room smell of vomit bed was hard, and a very thick duvet on the bed in the middle of summer definitely wouident go back breakfast not too bed coffee watery omlet not cooked properly

The experience was terrible; firstly the location on maps is slightly wrong so I was heckled by locals to find the right location, then when I arrived at the hotel my room was not yet cleaned despite being hours after check in was open. I was told I could leave my suitcases in my room while the cleaners were doing their rounds and to explore the city. However when I got back the door to my room was wide open and my luggage was in full view. The door had no way of closing without forcing it shut and locking it, as the handle was broken, there were no towels for another few hours, construction work with hammers and power tools was being done in the very next room until 9pm, and the drainage in the shower was very poor and flooded the whole bathroom. By this stage I felt that any price I paid for this room would have been too much

The staff were amazing, and so polite.. from day one to my last day.. the breakfast was good and the room I had, was simple but nice with a comfy bed.
