L’appartement est très bien, mais la plate-forme qui le gère est lamentable.

Pas de réception du courriel pour obtenir mes codes d’entrée. Lorsque j’appelle, je suis mal reçu avec l’insinuation que je n’ai pas fait ce qu’il fallait, à savoir m’inscrire sur la plateforme pour obtenir mes codes. Personnel inflexible qui se contente d’envoyer (en retard donc) le fameux courriel, sans aucune excuse pour ne pas avoir fait leur travail. Cette plateforme ne semble pas respecter le RGPD : demande de scanner une pièce d’identité sans savoir comment ce document sera traité, archivé etc + utilisation de cookies sans possibilité de gérer ces derniers. Bref, première et dernière fois que je passe par cette plateforme d’incompétents.

Aucune insonorisation. On entend tout ce qui se passe dans la rue et dans les couloirs. L'odeur désagréable sûrement due à des locataires qui ont fumé à l'intérieur. Pas de lumière du jour.

Bed was pretty hard

It is a reasonable apartment in a reasonable neighborhood. The bed was comfortable enough. We enjoyed walking around the whole city. It was nice that it was on the ground floor for the purpose of getting in and out of the building.

The apartment only came with 2 bath towels and a floor mat. A hand towel and a dish towel were really expected. I had a hard time judging the safety of the neighborhood and therefore to what extent I could reasonably leave the windows open. I saw nothing obviously nasty and all the people were nice, but it is not a good sign when everyone's ground floor has iron shutters and gates. I eventually decided that with the extra secure metal shutters, that it would be safe enough to open the windows on the inside of the room.

Location was great for arrival into Part Dieu Station and then to use metro for getting around the city. There was a supermarket, bakery and good places to eat close to the apartment so we had everything we needed close by. Lots of thoughtful touches in the apartment with the facilities and decoration. It was great to have a booklet with useful information and restaurant recommendations. It was comfy and cosy.
