La propreté, l'environnement, l'espace, la qualité de l'ameublement, le prix qui n'est pas en adéquation avec la prestation ! Le lit n'a pas de vrai sommier, le matelas très léger est posé sur un cadre métallique, le jacuzzi refoule la nuit... La liste est trop longue mais le propriétaire en a eu connaissance.

Le fait de l'entrée facile avec les indications du propriétaire et securisée, le spa, la propreté et la localisation.

Il manque juste un portant à serviette et ce serait parfait

Lors de ma réservation il me semblait avoir sélectionné une autre chambre que celle là , mon erreur je pense , la chambre était simple (voir impersonnelle) Manque de meuble de déco pour en faire qqch de plus cocoon

Jacuzzi, matelas très confortable, super douche, hôtes très agréables et disponibles

Il faisait un petit peu froid en arrivant et l'appartement a eu un peu de mal à se réchauffer

Le lieu était plus étroit que nous l’imaginions, les finissions n’étaient pas très travaillées (éléments cassés, sommier vieillot, condensation…)

Bien sécurisé, jacuzzi exceptionnel, lit confortable, propre. Et surtout le personnel au top ! J’ai demandé un coeur sur le lit avec des pétales de rose et on me la offert, c’était un beau geste pour un week-end en couple ! Je tiens à souligner aussi le café et les petits biscuits à disposition! Merci

Le lit était un peu petit et malheureusement l’immeuble et mal isolé on entend nous notamment le système de serrure qui fait un boucant

Literie ancienne et pas confortable du tout certainement un lit dont une personne dormait seule avant dedans car creu au milieu du lit Emplacement et entrée de l immeuble vraiment horrible et assez bruyant on entend les voisins parler Serviettes de bain très petite Café expresso 1 er prix en plastique avec une chambre à ce prix un café de marque aurait été plus judicieux même si c est bien d avoir 4 dosettes Dommage que je n ai pas pensé à prendre des photos de l entrée et des escaliers choquant à notre arrivée

This is not a hotel with onsite minimarket and spa and wellness centre as described but a group of seedy rooms in horrible corridors up a very grubby and poorly lit stairway which rendered the accommodation unsafe. Our party booked three rooms for three nights. Our ‘one bedroom superior apartment’ comprised one large room which smelt heavily of smoke, had a very uncomfortable bed with cheap and torn sheets and urine marks around the toilet. We paid 740 euros upfront for this! The managers then sent a video which we could not open and on contacting them through booking.com to complain, they took the view that we had seen and accepted the room. We tried to email and it bounced and each time we phoned, we were cut off. We arrived late and had to stay one night but our party moved out and found alternative accommodation for the remaining two nights. We are currently in negotiations for a full refund and will be in communication with the Lyon Hotel authorities as the standard if safety is very poor and the accommodation generally was totally misrepresented. We would without hesitation agree that this is the worst accommodation we have stayed in and that the most certainly did not reflect value for money. The description also states that horse riding and other activities can be arranged - good luck with that!

Beautiful apartment and well located

Some functions from the spa are blocked, basically you can only have bubbles (no massage/water) Not too good value, expensive for the overall offering

everything was great, but little details could be improved for even better experience (like new sheets on the bed, without holes, clean curtains etc)

The apartment had a very strong offensive odor/stale water smell to the extent that we had to sleep with the windows open. We should have notified the owners that night, but we were exhausted from extra travel due to the public worker strike and the extra travel caused by a cancellation, and we were also on foot with heavy luggage - with ski equipment. The contact person told us that they could have moved us had we notified them earlier, but the adjacent unit was occupied, and we could not have gone back out for another walk with our heavy luggage (apartment is more akin to an Airbnb, not a hotel, and there were two units total through one entrance door - not sure where else there might be other options (?)). The foul odor was ONLY in the apartment, not the surrounding area or building. Check with contact people about the odor before renting. They believe it to be a city sewage repair that is currently in progress. But again, it was only in the unit, not the building or on the street level. Otherwise - it's a really nice apartment.

I would not recommend it to anyone. The spa need to maintain in good condition that I had a problem for the last night using it uncontrollably spraying the water all over the bath and dining area like a fountain. The staffs were suggested to get an extra towels and a hairdryer to blow dry my clothes before I checkout next morning. They have only offered an extra hour for my late checkout from 11am to noon cause they needed to clean the room for the next customer. There was a cockroach in the kitchen. The dining table is broken, wobbling and rotating with very high chair which cannot adjust and not being able to eat at the usual level. The mattress is not flatten that the one sleeping close to the wall who will gradually slant towards to the other when you are turning.

Due to the canalization, there was a very bad smell from the toilet to the whole room, I almost couldn't sleep.

Verry good location..near the station ..clean and all facilities you need.

The room was clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. The bed was comfortable. But the common area of the building ( stairs and corridor were not welcoming at all and there were a very unpleasant smell that persisted in the room even with open windows.

It was clean and the manager very responsive.

Maybe making it more clear that there is no person physically present. As I was busy I didn't really read the message, which was in any other way perfect, just making it more clear that there is a code.

Good location

Staff not available nor able to speak English + there were mix ups with the door codes. It was more like an AirBNb, not impressed!
