The property was beautiful and very comfortable. The neighborhood was safe, gorgeous and very convenient to downtown, the beach and all the fishing charter spots. Lots of good food and fun activities in the area. 100% looking forward to staying again.

We loved our trip to Gulfport and our stay in the cottage. The back porch was amazing and where much of our time was spent! It is close to the beach, restaurants, a park. We had a great time.

Cute cottage literally a five minute walk (or less) to the beach. Loved the location that was close to a few local restaurants and coffee shop! Lots of little touches that make the stay great!

A wonderful place that was comfortable and homey.
The kitchen had all the essentials to cook or bake at home along with the various kitchen appliances. Great location that's walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and activities. Location is definitely a plus. Close to the Beach and very nice restaurants. The immediate neighborhood is great for walkers like us. The house itself just fit our needs. Plenty of room to spread out and relax. The ample fenced in backyard was an added bonus for the four-legged members of our family. We will be booking another stay next year.

This is the second year that my sister and I have stayed in the beach cottage, we adore it. The property is so charming, cozy, and has everything that you could possibly need. Tammy, the owner, is an absolute gem to interact with! It's centerally located to shopping, restaurants, and THE BEACH! I can't wait till next year! I hated to leave.

Where to begin?! This cottage was everything we hoped for (even if the weather wasn't quite as agreeable) and we will happily come back! We had one couple & three single "adults" (one adult-sized teen!) and we had a wonderfully comfortable week at the beach. The short walk (notably, there is also lots of parking available) to the beach was easy-the sand was soft, the water was calm and warm- we mostly had the shore to ourselves. We did come in August and the heat and humidity might have contributed to the "private beach" feel, but we truly were so happy we didn't mind it! It helped that the A/C in the cottage was EXCELLENT, and there were several fans (ceiling and portable) available.
Tammy is an excellent host who is makes staying at her beach cottage feel like you're coming to visit your family beach house. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, utensils, and bakeware, which is something we appreciate in any rental property. The W/D were pivotal to our comfortable stay! We did bring our own drying rack for laundry, which we kept on the back porch, and it was a wonderful place that kept the breeze flowing even in the heat.
Having two bathrooms=GREAT and we really enjoyed the foosball table & backyard grill. The beds were comfy with plenty of towels, sheets, and pillows. Tammy also has a thoughtful and comprehensive guide to nearby attractions & dining options. We visited NOLA, swam with dolphins, shopped at the outlets, ate raw oysters, and we truly hated to leave!

The house is beautifully antique yet with all necessary modern conveniences. It is well equipped with beach supplies and an easy walk to the beach. Also within walking distance of great restaurants. Quiet and safe neighborhood. We will stay here again on our next Gulfport visit

The location is great! The beach is right around the corner and Shaggy's is too! The drive to most places is very short! Tammy was very attentive and she even has a binder with places in the are to eat at or take a trip to. She goes above and beyond for her tenants - We accidentally left a pair of Airpods and she was nice enough to mail them back to us! If you want a stay with a great location and awesome property manager, this is the place to stay!

We had a great time on our vacation. Our only problem was the temperature. The real feel was 118 degrees. But we still enjoyed our time. We enjoyed going to the local farmers market. We hope to return again.

This was a short get away for us and it did not disappoint. The access to the beach and the fact we could walk to 2 very decent restaurants was a big plus. We could have even walked to the Casino if it wasn’t as hot out as it was. The property manager was great and responded in a very timely fashion when I needed her.

Our stay was great. Cottage matched the description, it was very comfy casual. Washer and Dryer was a huge perk for us with 4 kids. Lots of thoughtful extras that made traveling to the beach with kids easy. The cottage has beach towels, wagon, chairs and toys available to borrow. Screened in porch off the back was perfect for meals and nighttime cards without any bugs. Tammy was quick to reply and made suggestions based on our family. Would definitely stay again!

Just a short walk from the beach, this was the perfect beach house for our vacation. The house was clean, and was equipped with tons of beach toys/equipment and a game room to boot. The property manager was very thorough in explaining the check-in/out process and was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this house and property manager.

This was a spring break trip with my daughter and grandkids. It was our first time to Mississippi and found it to be a great location! Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate for our back days or our day at ship island. The beach has beautiful sand, but the water was not what we would consider swimmable. That didn’t stop the kids from playing and digging in the sand! As planned, we did travel to NOLA one day and Mobile another for some great cultural experiences. I would not consider this a simple walk to the beach location, but the drive was easy. Ultimately, we all loved the house and would stay here again!!

Very nice location. Wasn't aware until 2 weeks prior that the outside paint was all scraped off. Everything else was nice. Didn't know that there were beach things in the closet. We had a really good time. Thank you

My husband and I stayed here February and March to escape from the cold northern winter and it was perfect. The cottage is rustic and well cared for. It had all the amenities that we needed, a fenced in backyard with a grill and firepit. The street/neighborhood that it is located in has friendly neighbors that made us feel welcome. It"s a short walk to beach, Jones Park/Dog Beach ( our dogs loved the swimming) downtown, fishing pier.
Tammy truly is a premier host, we thank you for allowing us to escape at your home during the cold cruel winter in PA.

Perfect place to spend the winter. The weather was very nice (65 daytime with 50 at night) and so was the home. Cozy place with all the amenities of home. The fire place was loved by the wife and I loved the rustic look. Great location, near the beach and local restaurants. We will be spending some more time here. Thanks to the owner for being so kind to us.

Host was top notch to deal with. House was adorable and quaint. Walk to beach was a fairly easy stroll. Close to everything we needed. Last but not least, this was a very affordable rental that went above our expectations. A plus for us was that other family members rented nearby and we were able to visit often without being overwhelmed.

We were in town for a JROTC competition in Ocean Springs on Saturday and stayed the whole weekend. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the Harbor Lights which were able to walk to. Property was great and had everything we needed.
