The room was tidy and spacious enough to comfortably open two cabin-sized bags, with a wardrobe available to hang your jackets. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was sufficiently spacious. My only interaction with the staff was during check-in, where the lady assisting me was polite and cheerful.

The toilet bowl was positioned too close to the wall, which made sitting awkward. I wasn't particularly fond of the location, but it’s just a 5-minute walk to the tram, which takes you to the city center in 15-20 minutes.

The room was very clean. Comfortable bed. I liked having separate duvet. Bathroom nice and modern. Parking convenient.

Location was a bit out the way for us. We haven't visited Manchester before so probably should have researched this better. Not having tea and coffee facilities in room. We knew this when we booked and didn't think it would matter too much until you are up early and have to get dressed to go downstairs and make a tea or coffee to bring back up to your room. The breakfast was awful. There is a good selection but the cooked breakfast was cold. Plates were cold and the scrambled egg must be done with powdered egg. I think this is the.worst cooked breakfast I have ever had, and a lot of.people who had this option left theirs too. They do a full Irish breakfast at The Irish Heritage Centre over the road for £8.95 so skip breakfast at the hotel

Hotel infrastructure is great

I came 2 hours earlier and they asked me 20 pounds for an early check in. I think it's a bit rude to ask 20 pounds or let your guest wait for a 2 hours early check in.

Staff were so helpful and nothing was too much. Great location. Lovely rooms Beautifully clean. We were off to a concert at the arena and it was only a £5 uber ride away!

Ottima colazione, anche per celiaci. Mi è stato segnalato tutto quello che potevo mangiare ed ogni mattina mi veniva scaldato del pane senza glutine. Per me è sempre una difficoltà mangiare fuori casa proprio per le contaminazioni ma qui sono stata benissimo. In più c’è un punto ristoro di bevande calde aperto a tutti a qualsiasi ora e libero. Fantastico

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was lovely and having unlimited teas and coffees. I actually liked the smell of the shower gel as well which is quite unusual for me. it’s a good distance to the to the town and the staff were all so friendly

There wasn’t anything not to like

Friendly staff were caring and helpful when I broke my arm and had to stay an extra night. Books to borrow were lovely - I read one on the artist Constable.

The room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent

The only thing I can think of is a plug socket by the mirror in the room is needed.
