it was clean and cosy

the showers in the bathroom tend to flood quite badly. I also think the addition of the bible and book of mormon is good but you should be inclusive to all religions

Room came with essentials such as robe and slippers, tooth paste and tooth brush, biodegradable razor and vanity kit. My room was upgraded and I had access to a fridge with complimentary mini bar

I was given wrong address for parking by reception, incorrect food given and no option for breakfast room service. As it was my birthday I got the birthday package however because house keeping wasn't available they only gave me bottle of Prosecco, card and 2 chocolate slabs. I do not feel this was worth the price.

This was the second time we stayed here this year and think we’ll stay here everytime we visit Manchester! The hotel itself if beautiful; the lobby is well designed (and scented) all amenities are really modern! The rooms are gorgeous too - nice dark and sleek design and a gorgeous bathroom! The TV has the standard options for Freeview as well as iPlayer and YouTube viewing etc! Definitely well worth every penny, honestly highly recommend! Location wise it’s really close to so many restaurants within walking distance and only a 10 min drive to areas like Spinningfields and Deansgate! It’s a 5 min walk from the Northern Quarter and Arndale Shopping Centre so we explored plenty of food options of a ton of bars, quirky restaurants and street food! 10/10 as always!!!

The only thing we perhaps would change is just to get thicker or firmer pillows.

Welcoming and attentive staff (Rachael on front desk was great). Lovely hotel decor that’s well maintained and the central location was ideal. Good bar and great breakfast options.
