The view from the condo was beautiful, the beach and ocean were beautiful and the vibes on the beach were calm and relaxing. Our only problem (at age 76) were the stairs. Thank you for a great week!

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in AMI. It was our first time to AMI and the location was amazing! We came with our two year old toddler and baby and the size of the condo was perfect. It was clean, within walking distance to restaurants/shops, and the beach was beautiful! We didn’t want our trip to end. We will definitely be back!

We have been staying at Ft. Myers Beach for Spring Break for over 2 decades, but Ian forced us to do something else. We may have found a new happy place even after they rebuild FMB! This condo was wonderful and the island is perfect!

The condo is beautiful, spacious, and immaculate. Nicely decorated and the kitchen is well appointed. Property Manager was very prompt to help us with access issues that ended up being renter error. Much appreciated. Come with extra paper supplies if your stay is longer than two nights. We hope to come back.

Beautiful sunsets from our 2nd floor balcony! How can one not live this? 100-ft walk to the water making for great morning runs! One would certainly go back. Very polite management that allowed us a 2-hour late checkout. Thank you! ❤️

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary this year at the Coquina Club. The condo was amazing! Beautiful sunset views, gorgeous beach, and great amenities! Very comfortable. The only bad thing was the emergency evacuation a day early due to hurricane Ian. Perfect place to stay and relax!

We loved staying at coquina beach club for our family vacation. It had amazing views and was a direct walk out to a very clean and wide beach. The property was decorated beautifully, very clean and had great amenities. We had coffee on the porch each morning watching the waves come in. It was located very close to lots of good restaurants and the pier that had lots of small shops. We will definitely be back for another relaxing week. Thanks for sharing your beautiful property. This property is an outstanding place to vacation. The condo was clean, decorated so cute. The furniture and beds were comfortable. The only thing we couldn't find was the BBQ grill but no problem we just broiled our steaks. I would recommend this property to family and friends!

We had a quiet and peaceful week. Very refreshing in a great location.

The view is off the charts! The location was perfect. Although some have posted no chairs, people do leave things behind, there was a beach chair in front closet. Also, there are community lounge chairs as you leave to access the beach.

The location of the condo on the beach is awesome. The best part of the place is the good sized balcony overlooking the gulf. We wished that the deck furniture had been a little more comfortable. We had not been to Bradenton Beach in 7 years and we could not believe the changes. It is so busy and you need to plan ahead when getting around in the traffic. We stayed for two weeks and there was no housekeeping nor was there anything to clean with. Things got a little dirty. It also got cold in the evening and it would have been nice to have some additional blankets. The beds are VERY firm so if you like that you are in luck. The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, etc. Living area furniture is quite comfortable. All in all, nice place.

Beautiful view and beautiful property. Location is great with so much in walking distance. Make sure you can do steps as there is 2 sets getting to the unit.

Great condo on beach. Great views. Located about 1 mile from bridge street . We walked to and from most nights. If you don’t wanna walk the pick up/drop off of trolly is only a bout a block each way… can’t get much easier. Can’t comment on pool as we didn’t use it, but from looking at it it seems fine… a tad small. Condo was decorated nicely, and everything was working properly. There are some beach /pool toys. Although there was only one beach chair in unit for use, there are beach chaises for use by beach . The only negative is are the T.Vs….. the bedroom tvs are far too small. We didn’t use them. Tv in living room is larger but not a smart tv. Personally I feel every rental should have at least one smart tv, with the amount of streaming most people do. I would definitely stay again !

We had an amazing time at this incredible condo!! We had 4 adults and it very spacious. We walked in after a long travel time and it was immaculate!! It was so clean, it looked bran new. The attention to details in decor made us feels right at home. It had absolutely everything we needed. The balcony was EVERYTHING!! We had front seats to the beautiful sunset every night. We would open the the double doors to the balcony, sit at the dinning room table and listen to the wonderful sound of the waves when some of us had to work, which the Wifi worked very well. The master bedroom was comfortable, roomy, beautiful and relaxing. The other bedroom had 2 twins which would have been nice to have queens for the adults but that is literally our only downfall, but we knew that going into our reservation and we made it work. The kitchen was very organized and well equipped. I would give this place a 10 if I could, you won't be disappointed!!! We definitely will never forget the time we had here and can't wait to visit again.

Loved the unit and the views from the balcony. Very clean and well equipped. My only negative take is that there needs to be a queen bed or king in the second bedroom. The twin beds are horrible. Others then that …very nice

My spouse and I celebrated our 21st anniversary on island with our two children, 15 and 11 years old. This condo was perfect and felt like home from on moment we walked in. The decor is amazingly done and everything was as expected. Note: Keep laundry sizes small and be sure to shake out the sand prior to washing. There are lots of left over beach toys (we left a good amount ourselves) and kitchen utensils are pleantyful.

This property is absolutely perfect for those who want a beach in their backyard! The rooms were spotless and updated. We had everything we needed and more. We already booked a stay for next year! With only a dozen or so units it was the perfect Spring Break Family Style. The beach wasn’t crowded and only residents in the surrounding buildings were permitted on the beach! I highly recommend this property!!

Nice, clean , updated condo. On second floor , great view, kitchen well appointed. Wish there was direct access from second bedroom to bathroom instead of hall access. Overall great stay, quick access to free Trolley. Would stay again

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing vacation. We were so fortunate that the weather was beautiful! The condo was very nice and clean.They only issue we had was there were no extra sheets or blankets or simple amenities like salt /pepper..... We have stayed many places and those little extras were so appreciated, especially when you travel by plane . When you pay that much for a vacation rental some things would be expected. Overall, it was a wonderful Christmas present to our family!!!

This is a very clean property with a safe key pad entrance. Furniture looks new and it has really cute beach decor. it says the cleaning process meets CDC guidelines which was very comforting. The soap, shampoo and paper products are very sparse so I would plan for more during your stay. Garbage bags and dish soaps seemed adequate. Enjoyed the one comfy chaise lounge out on the large balcony with my bed every day along with a glass table and four chairs. It was nice to hear the waves in the front of the unit although the traffic and neighbor’s pool were a little loud at times in the back. Not a deal breaker. There is a TV in every room. The unit community pool was never crowded with only 15 units and was very warm and clean. I did not find any beach equipment in the unit like chairs or rafts but there were lovely beach towels provided . There has been beach replenishment very recently and the large black pipeline is still there although we did not hear any noise from the workers. It is such a lovely beach with the usually smooth clear blue green water. We saw many dolphins from our balcony swimming by. The larger beach made the walk to the beach quite long though so my husband and I definitely got our exercise between that and the two fairly long flights of stairs. No elevator but your parking spot can be right at the bottom of the stairs. This pink building is on a fairly blind curve in the road which made it hard to originally find and a little hard to get in and out of. You are close to the Cortez Bridge and a free short trolley ride to Bridge Street on the southern end of the island which has shops and restaurants. Publix grocery and a drugstore are a very short distance the other direction. Smokehouse BBQ is very walkable for a good dinner or use Island Eats for delivery. I would stay here again and again. The unit is full of kitchen items and it is a nice kitchen with bar stools and a large dining table with a view of the gulf as you eat or fill the dishwasher. The sunsets every night from your balcony are breathtaking. The starfish fabric swivel rocker with a good book or the master bedroom chaise lounge will be your new home away from home and you won’t want to leave.

This location is just amazing and the views breath taking. The property has everything you need and it’s upgraded and looks beautiful. We arrived to a property without water due to a broken pipe in the building and spent the night without water but it didn’t ruin our vacation, the property manager and the rental company took action right away and made our stay amazing. The property manager even came over personally to check on us. The check in and check out process was seamless. We will be back to this location. We loved it!
