Extremely friendly staff

No wifi access in the room

We really liked the place. The hotel was really good, the room was very comfortable, the beds were very good. The supper and the breakfast were very tasty. Hotel personal was very friendly and attentive.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool was a good size and perfect temperature for us, the staff was very friendly. The breakfast was excellent!

Noise from the street makes it difficult to sleep. Variety of spiders in the room could put some people off

The location of the hotel is very good with lovely views across the Moselle. My friend and I were on a motorbiking trip and the police was lovely at the end of each day to relax in. The food was very nice woth a good selection for breakfast each day.

On the whole we didn't find the staff friendly at all. I don't speak German but tried my best with a German dictionary and Google translate amd from a few basic phrases I had learned before the trip. From the response I got it felt like I was an annoyance rather than a guest.

New beds and WiFi in the rooms - so muth yesterday not having WiFi in a hotelroom.

Nice people, good breakfast. Nice pool but could be a little warmer. free parking but no electric car charger. there is nothing in walking distance but I think there is a bus stop. But recommend having a car for this hotel. Also nice dinner.

The rooms were a little warm in the evening and I did not find the thermostat. no electric car charger but that is not common yet..

We loved the stay, hotel is very neat and staff are really cooperative.

Every morning we wake up with the beautiful view of the Mosel River. The hotel's breakfast is with variety.

This is a beautiful location overlooking the Moselle river and vineyards. The staff was amazing! They were very accommodating and offered free Corona test for their guests upon arrival. The bedroom was large enough for three (2 adults and one teenager). The room was spotless with a big enough bathroom, and a peaceful environment. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times and the menu offered a variety of items which were really good.

I didn't like the mattress because it was too firm for me. My husband and son were fine with it. The pillows were on the other hand too soft, therefore not enough support for the neck. But I am sure we could have asked for another pillow. Also, FYI but there is NO WIFI in the rooms. Only in the public area which was fine for us.
