Great option for activities in Englewood and Boca Grande. Fantastic house with well equipped amenities. We were there in late January and we did have an issue with pool heat not quite warm enough for swimming even with pool heater on. This was somewhat disappointing as the pool is what lead us to this rental. Overall, property is perfect for family and friends to gather near 2 great beaches.

Beautiful home and extremely clean.

Despite having arrived just 2 weeks after Hurricane IAN or so the home was in very good condition , everything worked well and was overall a great place to stay. We appreciated the hospitality.

This villa is nicer than it looks in the pictures, it is very spacious. It is ideally located in a very quiet neighbourhood, with easy access to all the local facilities. We loved visiting gasparilla island, the beaches were so nice. Port Charlotte has plenty of very good restaurants to choose from. We are regular visitors to this area and this villa is one of the best we’ve stayed in

This is an absolutely beautiful property with no neighbors and no noise. Nothing but the sounds of nature. Everything you need is there and it was especially nice to be able to park in the garage. Very spacious home. Gorgeous lanai and pool area. I would have given this a complete 5 stars but I do not think the owner is getting what she pays for in cleaning services. Everything was clean and perfect but when there is popcorn on the living room floor and an entire candy bar wrapper at the edge of the couch it makes me wonder if anyone vacuumed and how could they not see this as it was the first thing I spotted when I walked in. Don't get me wrong. Everything else was immaculate. Loved it and would stay again for sure. Great location to everything.

House and pool were great for our family.

The property is as advertised. Rotunda West is a quiet and relaxed area that is somewhat undiscovered. We used the pool everyday which was heated to 85 degrees. We went to the beaches in the area about once per week (Boca Grande, Englewood, Stump Pass, Blind Pass). Close to the Publix and the Port Haze bike trail.
