we loved the hotel and the staff. The room was very spacious and clean for the most part.

there were constantly little gnats coming in through the vent in bathrooms. it didnt seem like the floor in the rooms had been mopped in a while when we stayed.

Too narrow rooms Breakfast was cramped , plates really small , no full buffet where you can just choose your self however the food we ordered was really tasty . I would just have fathered to chose how many pieces of bacon and eggs I had . I only received 2 mushrooms . A bit stingy. Nicely decorated restaurant though maybe just not fit for purpose for a buffet breakfast Very minor concerns. Your staff are wonderful, friendly , helpful and deserving of a pay rise .

Breakfast was good. Several selections to choose from. Great location near Westfield. Nice cafe downstairs as well as the Onyx Grill that we ate at twice - really good food and great service.

My room aircon was not working. Then my room got changed in midnight and the view of the room was not what I had paid for. I had a room booked with a nice view of outside but got a room with a terrace view where I cant even access due to roof machines.

Nothing. It was terrible. I will never stay there again.

The staff were incompetent. They gave me my room key and it was for another guests room. When I went back to reception to tell them they could not have cared any less about compromising someone’s safety or making a mistake.

The location was perfected, the staff were amazing and lovely, breakfast was great and the room size was perfected nice and clean.

In room 409 the A/C didn’t work it was hot the vents looked look of dust. In the booking add said private parking didn’t say it was an extra cost.

The staff were exceptionally helpful. Momo was very patient in helping me with the TV and provided excellent service on several other occasions. The breakfast was very good and the staff went out of their way to look after us. The pool, which has an amazing view, was enjoyed by us and our guests. I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay totally met my expectations with the staff looking after us in their very friendly and caring manner. I would totally recommend this hotel to other travellers.

The fact that I was initially accommodated in a room that had no real City view. BUT after bringing this concern to the staff it was corrected and I was moved to a room with exactly what I had paid for and that was a "room with a City view".

Breakfast not in line with our expectation. Only one person taking care entire restaurant. Not for the value of money.

Very expensive. Not enough utilities to warrant the price I.e. no tea towels, no toilet brush etc. I was charged multiple service fees. I think being made to pay for parking when you’re forking out over $360 for one night is rude.
