The most friendly service ever. All staff absolutely went out of a way to get us comfortable and happy. From ordering taxis, getting toys for little one, printing boarding cards. Outstanding place.

only that the WiFi was not accessible in the bedrooms. but in the living room there was a full coverage.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Spotlessly clean. Only few mins walk to the beach and Santa Maria shops and bars. Excellent sized room, pool is bigger than many others we saw around. Highly recommend.

Really secure and clean oasis in Santa Maria for your stay. About 10 min walk from center street about 4 min walk from the beach. Surrounded by all the other resorts. Pool area and garden is cleaned daily. Staff is helpful to feel like home away from home.
Wifi is limited in the rooms best working close to hallway or poolside. Really missed on the dishwashing liquid, this basic should be in the room. Nearest shops have very limited variety of products. But you can walk 10 min more to find more decent shop. Can recommend mercado Huang.

Was lovely and quiet during the time we stayed (January). Enjoyed the pool once we got in, time of year meant it was a little bit of a shock to our bodies but we were soon warm when in.
Mosquitoes! Not Tropical's fault at all! Have to remember to keep the balcony door shut from about 6pm in January so they don't get in.

I like the fact that the apartment looked as seen on pictures online.
I didn't like the fact that the host claimed there would be free wifi whereas wifi only worked for one day..after we complained, it worked for another half day. so wifi only worked one and a half days out of the six nights we stayed in the apartment. this made our stay not so good cos we couldn't communicate with the rest of the world.
