Amazing bar with great decoration, fire place, couches … outstanding settings and confort. Amazing staff, at the reception , bar, restaurant and kitchen. Very nice spa. Beautiful old building.

I think matteresses/bed quality could be improved.

My only issue would be the staff at breakfast They cleared the tables constantly, leaving you without spoons , knives everything If you left the table to get more of something your plate was cleared although had food on it !

The hotel was beautiful. Full of rustic old charm but all in good modern and sympathetic condition. The pool isn’t heated so didn’t use, but I’m not a huge swim fan in any case. Excellent breakfasts.

The only downside was that one night there was a live band on and it was very loud. I’m all for live music and no major problem, it was just a bit too much but it was only one night. Otherwise it was peace and serenity.

Bed was uncomfortable

The hotel ambience was excellent. The place was super clean. Our dinner by the pool was very good and server Bia was excellent!

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were terrible. I woke up with my shoulders and neck aching.

The location is beautiful right in the centre of town. The hotel has a lovely ambience. We stayed in one of the rooms in the turret which was a nice experience. Breakfast was great. All the staff were very friendly.

Special, beautiful building and gardens. Very good food at the pool bar. Friendly and helpful staff.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel has a really good location in Port de Soller with a supermarket next door for water and supplies.

Hotel was bigger than we expected and busy on arrival with lots of children in the pool and nowhere to sit by the pool. Breakfast was good but also busy.

I booked a junior suite 6 months in advance. In booking I emailed the hotel to specify a room & request a nice view. I had neither. My room was a double at best. it was in a separate building to the main hotel which had beautiful rooms, standard rooms that were far more spacious than ours & all modern facilities & details in the room. my bathroom didn’t have a window or even a shower curtain. I had terrace which overlooked roofs & a main road & a window that overlook the path to the pool so we couldn’t even have the curtains open. The rooms air conditioning was so old I had to request a fan (several times) because it was unbelievably hot. We also had to request a mirror in the room which I would expect to be in all hotel rooms. I complained about my room & was shown one other very small alternative. We were told there were no other rooms in the hotel to change to but we had sever friends also staying one of whom even received an upgrade! Add to this, we found the almost all the staff incredibly unhelpful & rude.

Check in was easy fast and informative ,our room was a joy .Breakfast was a delight with well trained happy staff loads of clean white linen and great food even fresh oranges to squeze. Evenings with some entertainment . I have just rebooked as it was the best holiday I have had out of the five I took in diffrent parts of Spain this year. Many Thanks to all at Es Port

The spread of choices at breakfast was very wide ranging. We booked a junior suite which had fabulous views. Excellent meal at the Pirates restaurant. We didn’t try the hotel evening buffet or restaurant.
