Good location and very clean. Parking nearby and easy access to keys. Good air conditioning. Nice sheets and pillows.
No sea view balcony per description, just large windows overlooking the sea. Twin beds are horrible. Daughter had a lot of hip and back pain after sleeping in them. Fowl smell of sewage in bathroom/kitchen.
Fowl smell of fried seafood on back balcony which faces interior of complex which is where laundry is. We did 1 load of laundry but no directions so could not figure out spin cycle so it took 2 days to dry clothes and by then everything smelled of fried fish and had to be re-washed when we got home.
No amenities or instructions for anything. We had to buy a bar of soap for the shower and washing machine pods. A pack of washing machine pods was 1.40 euros for 8 loads. The owner could have left 2 pods for guests and it would literally have cost them pennies. Same with purchasing a bar of soap. Feels very stingy/cheap. No coffee table in front of the couch. The couch and reclining chair have furniture covers and you could feel the ripped leather on the recliner through the cover.
The TV did not work when we arrived and property owner could not explain how to use it so we missed one of the UEFA matches. During dinner, the owner came and reset the TV but we never did attempt to change the channel because he did not leave directions.
Owner's daughter Caterina manages property and we had major issues with checkout. We disagreed with the calculation of the tourist tax which is an add on that must be paid in cash. First she argued she was correct, then she said I was, then she was. I am a retired attorney and feel like I read the law correctly and that she was wrong but it was too difficult to communicate with language barrier. Caterina requires copies of passports via What's App which is not disclosed in rental agreement. I did not feel like she could guarantee the security of our documents and that bothered us. I absolutely would not stay here again. We left the place spotless and took photos of everything.

Lage war sehr gut, direkt am Hafen. Wohnung war sauber, Betten bequem. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Vermieterin.
Unangenehmer Geruch im Bad und Toilette. Treppenaufgang im oberen Bereich gefährlich, weil kein Geländer und kein Podest vor der Tür. Unzureichende Ausstattung der Küche.

Excellent location. Spacious. Good washing machine.
Advertised balcony was at the back of the property overlooking the back yard of the restaurant below with strong fishy smells coming from the restaurant extractor ! Given key for front door on ground level but it was broken. Lightning rather dim. Very steep steps to access the apartment- ok for us but some might find it challenging.
