Bienvenue à la maison loin de la maison. 12 rue Jacana dispose de tout le confort de la maison dans le cadre parfait de vacances. Vous pouvez même amener le chiot de la famille! Situé à quelques pas de la plage, cette maison de 6ème rangée est l'escapade parfaite en famille.
La maison est une maison de plain-pied surélevée, avec 4 chambres, 4 salles de bains et bien plus encore. Vous entrez dans la maison à travers le salon accueillant avec de nombreux sièges et des vues de la terrasse arrière donnant sur la piscine. Pour la gauche est une table à manger formelle avec des sièges pour 8. La table du petit déjeuner est juste à l'extérieur de la salle à manger et la cuisine avec des sièges pour 4 autres. Juste au bout du couloir est une tanière privée avec une nouvelle télévision à écran plat et un canapé-lit pour dormir supplémentaire. Au bout du couloir se trouve la grande chambre des maîtres. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king 4 postes, une chaise jumelée et une salle de bain attenante. La salle de bain principale dispose d'une grande baignoire et d'une douche privée.
La cuisine est équipée de tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner un grand repas de famille. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de rangement et de vues sur la cour arrière. Juste à l'extérieur de la cuisine est un barbecue à gaz pour le repas du soir parfait.
L'autre côté de la maison dispose des 3 chambres d'hôtes. La première chambre d'hôtes a un lit queen, TV à écran plat et juste en face du couloir est la salle de bain commune avec baignoire / douche. La 2ème chambre d'hôtes dispose également d'un lit queen et d'une télévision à écran plat. Au bout du couloir se trouve la dernière chambre à coucher avec un lit king et une salle de bain attenante. La salle de bain dispose d'un grand comptoir et baignoire / douche.

Il y a aussi de nombreux sièges et une table de pique-nique. Il y a aussi une salle de cabane de piscine sous la maison avec une salle de bains supplémentaire, un réfrigérateur et plus de sièges. La piscine Cabana a un canapé-lit et des sièges ainsi. Aussi juste à côté de la piscine cabane est la table de ping-pong et des pagaies.

This property is amazing. We stay in Hilton Head three times a year since it is such a close drive from Atlanta. This house has everything a family needs for a relaxing time. The pool is huge! And the best place to be if the weather is a little cloudy. The beach is a 2 min walk down the street. Coligny plaza is a seven minute stroll to great restaurants and shopping. Cant say enough great things about the property management. They are very hands on with great communication if something comes up during your trip. My family and I would stay here again.

We've stayed here before and love the close location to beach and Coligny. The house had all we needed including the fenced yard and pool. The additional bathroom was great as we had 7 adults. The layout of the house was good for our family. The management staff made sure we had all we needed, even when we had small issue with the AC, they had maintenance on it right away. I'd definitely recommend to others!

We enjoyed the location and amenities of this property. Beachside Getaway was good to work with prior to our trip. Check in was fine. The lower level was unlocked when we arrived, and very hot and musty, so we never used it. The rest of the house was a good size and had all the needed amenities for our stay. Unfortunately, though, the entire master bedroom and bathroom area had a very musty, mildewy smell. It seemed to get worse as the week progressed. Partway through the week we discovered that one of the windows in the master was not all the way closed, and was sealed with masking tape. There was mold/mildew all under the tape and emerging around it. Thankfully there was another bedroom that wasn't being used as the smell was getting really bad. Management was polite about our concern, but when we asked for a partial refund we received no communication back. We were fine with paying the high rate for this home, but we felt it should have been in full clean and functioning order.
When we noticed the smell, we started seeing that the property is not well maintained especially in regards to water. There is chipped paint, overflowing gutters, rainwater pooling around base of house and the musty/mildewy entire first level and master suite.
This house is in an amazing location and the pool was a luxury to have on property. We just wished there was better attention to detail and cleanliness.

Definitely room to spread out here …. A little dated but clean. You get soaked with add-on fees, but that’s par for the course with VRBO … But it did seem more exorbitant than normal. The pool is nice. Did I mention the fees?

We really enjoyed our stay at 12 Jacana. We come to HHI just about every year and this year we planned our trip last minute. 12 Jacana was a great find! The absolute best part was the pool and spa. We had 7 adults and 3 young children. This house was comfortable for the number of people in our family. The extra beach chairs to use in the garage was a nice touch. Also the little beach bag with goodies in it was a nice greeting.
Very clean, the app is nice, and very easy to use. We also loved the private, secluded setting, while still close to the beach. Would recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at 12 Jacana. We come to HHI just about every year and this year we planned our trip last minute. 12 Jacana was a great find! The absolute best part was the pool and spa. We had 7 adults and 3 young children. This house was comfortable for the number of people in our family. The extra beach chairs to use in the garage was a nice touch. Also the little beach bag with goodies in it was a nice greeting.

The location also helps with navigating the town without the hassle of a car! The pool is perfect and feels rather secluded so it's great for those of us who are a bit insecure with wearing swimwear in public! Beach side getaways app was super easy to use and the response to inquires had such a fast turn around time! They even called twice while we were there to make sure we were happy! Love it and am so happy with the house! It's a great choice!

The house needs some work . The refrigerator upstairs does not work properly, it’s not even cold . The room in the basement is unbearable due to heat and spiders . The water in the master bathroom has a terrible smell and bathtub is very slow draining. Ants and mosquitoes around the pool and spa were terrible! We all left there looking like we had been on a camping trip and forgot the big spray .

There is a separate fenced in area in back which is perfect for dogs. The house is plenty big to spread out and has a huge porch that spans the entire back of the house. The master bedroom is on the opposite side of the house from the other 3 bedrooms. The pool cabana room is unusable for sleeping because it isn't air conditioned and the dehumidifier pours out hot air. Only good for a pool bathroom and refrigerator for pool drinks. Other than that the place is wonderful. The biking pathways are one house over and the best shopping areas are 1/2 mile down the street. Walk to beach takes 2 minutes at the most. Away from crowds at the public beach. Perfect place to rent at Hilton Head.

Family reunion
The property worked out great for a multi generational reunion with the family. Everyone had their own space and grandparents were in a separate "wing". Pool and spa were wonderful and a short walk to beach and shops. Hope we can do again.

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The fenced in yard was definitely a plus.
The rental experience was awesome. We hope to rent the house again next year.

Awesome vacation spot!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The pool with the fenced in yard was great for everyone ! This house is fully equipped with every modern convenience. We did not have to to search for any household items whatsoever. I would highly recommend 12 Jacana to anyone looking for a relaxing Hilton Head vacation!

Great house! Great for families.
This was a wonderful home for our family and pets. Great layout and plenty of room to spread out. Pool was great and lots of space outside to lay out and catch some rays. Close to beach and Coligny Shopping.

Well maintained 4 bedroom 3 bath home with great pool, patio and back porch! Within easy walking distance of beautiful beach and local shopping mall! Book it and enjoy it!

My husband was very happy with this property. I was not. Both king size beds have foam mattresses laid over old traditional mattress. I took the foam mattress off and had to buy mattress cover pad so I would not feel springs, but had to live with mattress on the chair in bedroom for 6 weeks. Eventually I moved to one of the other bedrooms. Kitchen was well equipped with plastic perfect for pool or beach. The vacuum did not work well at all. property is pet friendly but I could not keep up with shedding dog. Asked to borrow vacuum but nothing available. There is no mailbox for receiving mail which we were not aware of. We were told owners not required to have mailbox for rental property. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Grill was in bad shape (understandable). Saturday nights were difficult as neighbors on street behind the house had parties, loud music and actual screaming. House is older and not clean enough. Forest beach is in gerneral a very nice area. Front and rear entrances are accessible only by steep steps. You can see this in photo on web site.

Well-appointed, clean, great location for a family vacation over the holidays
Very nice place for extended family gathering. We had everything we needed - everyone enjoyed the beach and the kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the wood floors throughout. Our dog had a great time as well :)
