The pool is always empty as the hotel guests can not use it. Very convenient location just next door to Movenpick Hotel and its restaurants. The beach was clean !

Access based on face recognition is crazy. There should be easier systems to allow guests in.

No breakfast! Location was good! Not too crowded!

Didn’t have WiFi! TV didn’t work when we arrived! Cooking stove was broken!

Unbeknown to us, short term rentals are not allowed at this property. On our second day staying here we were verbally abused by a resident who lives in the building. By the third day we were evicted and had to find some place else to stay. Avoid staying here if you want to avoid trouble.

3 Bed Rooms Suite type : Many facilities in rooms were bad condition such as few Light Bulbs, Dining Lights, Electric Plug, Hair Dryer, Air conditioner were damaged. Called to agency and agency passed to building service man, can't do anything. Very bad cleaning, The Microwave was very dirty and rusty, never clean. The scissor in kitchen was used and dirty, the house keeper didn't wash it. Rooms were cleaned very rough. Note : Room cleaning only one night, Free water only one night.
