トコジラミに注意！！！ 夜中の3時に体が痒くて目が覚めてしまい明かりをつけるとなんとベッド上には5mmほどの小さな虫が目視で確認できるだけでも20〜30匹程度！ 体は痒いしベッドシーツには刺されたものと思われる血痕が2箇所。 慌ててフロントマンを呼びに行って部屋を変えることになるも満室で夜中3時に荷物をまとめて系列の別ホテルへタクシー移動することになりました。 あまりにも恐ろしい体験をしたのでその後虫の種類を調べてみると、トコジラミという吸血性の害虫で衣服につくと繁殖してしまう恐れもあるとのこと。 流石に謝罪や対策などホテルからの日中には連絡があるものだろうと考えていましたが一向にそのような様子はなく、こちらから連絡をするとなんの調査もしていないことがわかり、さらに『宿泊費をご返金させていただければ宜しいということでしょうか？』との衝撃発言をされました。 これほどの数のトコジラミが1日2日で急繁殖したとは考えられず、また、トコジラミの特徴である黒いインクのようなシミ（血糞)がシーツに付いており以前から確実にホテル側は周知していたにも関わらず放置していたことは非常に危険であり、また、その後のホテルの対応もあまりにもお粗末なものでした。 このホテルに宿泊する際にはトコジラミに感染する危険がありますのでご注意下さい。 尚、当日の様子を動画におさめていますので近々SNSに事実を投稿しようと考えておりますのでお待ち下さい。

이온몰 바로 뒤에 있어서 좋았다. 목욕할 수 있는 시설이 있어서 좋았다. 통금이 없다.

It was next ot train station and a big shopping mall. It was very modern, Europe style hotel. It's ideal for a short stay.

You couldnt open the windows. But the air condition was working, and was necessary.

Great value for money ,location excellent, good cheap clean well appointed room, property also same. Be aware ! this is a fully automated checkin/out procedure, no humans, you get an unlock code and qr with your booking, unlock the street door when you arrive and check yourself in by online machine using qr and or pin no on your booking confirmation. If you don't have net connection or haven't downloaded the confirmation you have a problem. Only cleaning staff are on site with an occasional robotic human to oversee the property. Booking system has multi language option, and emergency contact ph on the unmanned front desk if you have problems, though the human on the end doesn't have much English. Great lockup system for your bags in the foyer because checkin is late -3

No complaints excellent value for money, but don't expect and human assistance

Location is excellent, 2 mins from Kyoto Station, rooms a little bigger than some. Laundry, secure luggage racks, comfy beds. Very modern.

The rooms really need a better way to keep the light out if I'm not going to be woken at 5am.

Convenient location close to Kyoto Station and big shopping mall with its restaurants. Good sized room and bathroom. Everything you need for comfortable stay. Good value for money.

It would be convenient it the management of the hotel could purchase few irons for customers to borrow to iron their clothes. And perhaps a scale to check the weight of the suitcases.

The bed was comfortable. Loved the amenities. Its in a good location, not too far from the station and near the convenient stores. Very safe .
