Location is first class. Bathroom & kitchen nice
No instructions how to connect to Internet, work heating etc. I'm a cook so kitchen poorly equipped. Main bedroom very damp no plug in bathroom sink. Lots of small things need attention.

The location was perfect. The little terrace was a particular bonus. The lighting was really good for a little old cottage.
A few more cups that were easier to remove the tea stains.

It's in the most perfect location to immerse yourself in the charm of Frome. Glorious to walk out the door and with the outdoor space off the master a quiet refuge

Location was good.
There was a strong musty/ mildewy odor when we entered. There was also peeling paint and plaster and what appeared to be black mold (photos taken) upstairs and downstairs. While the owner indicated the roof had leaked and been fixed it appeared that the roof had been leaking for a while. Stayed one night out of six, as we arrived later in the day. No refund from the owner as we requested. When contacted by Booking.com the owner indicated he had said we could cancel the booking. If he had, of course we would have accepted, as a way to get a refund.

Great location in the heart of Frome

gorgeous cottage. loved the patio doors off the bedroom with private sunny courtyard.
A little damp but you get that with old properties built into a hill.

Parking is 5 or 6 min away up a hill

Lovely cottage with a very nice bathroom and kitchen - perfect location!
Everything was perfect but I think a bin in the bathroom would be good.

Great location and beautiful little house, especially the terrace out back. Angela and Paul were very friendly and supportive of our arrival times etc. We had a lovely time exploring Frome, knowing we had somewhere central, safe and lovely to come back to. Will be booking again in the future!
Beds a little soft, but it was only for two nights, so not an issue.

Great location, comfortable bedrooms, and general smart use of space. 2nd room was perfect for our kids. We particularly enjoyed discovering Frome.
