Fabulous place to stay, beautiful inside, very clean and comfortable, past our expectations, really enjoyed and would highly recommend. Breakfast was delicious, great location, a short walk into town also very close to train station. Would definitely stay again.

There was nothing that we did not like, we give it 10 out of 10. Our room was above the kitchen so we did have on occasion a smell of food while it was being cooked, so if I was nitpicking it's literally the only criticism I can think of. Overall an excellent experience, excellent service and quality, would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Everything was perfect! Claire was so welcoming & friendly. The room was lovely, very clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious too! The location was ideal, just a 5 minute walk to the shop’s & restaurants.

Amazing B&B - huge room, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated. Large bright bathroom. Great location very near centre. Fabulous owner who was friendly and helpful without being overbearing. Great breakfast.

Rook Lane House is a beautifully restored property. Claire, the host, was at hand for any queries and so lovely and welcoming. The room was furnished to a high standard and the facilities were all brilliant. Breakfast was superb and a good choice. Excellent location to walk into Frome and visit surrounding places. I would definitely stay again.

Claire the host was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. Large comfy bedroom, large en-suite shower room, all very clean. Tea & Coffee facilities very good. Breakfast was lovely, we had full English, plenty of other choices also. Location was just a short walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We would absolutely stay again if in the area.

Rooms were spacious and comfy. Breakfast was great and had timed slots. Claire was very accommodating with times for check in, recommending a taxi company and provided us with fresh milk and chilled water on arrival.
