It would have been a great hotel as they opened but it is now anything but. The photos are not current.

Mould,everywhere and so strong that I felt sick and got a headache straight away. The smell was so strong that despite sleeping with the balcony door open it was still unbearable. Not only is it uncomfortable but also very dangerous with black mould. It was run down,dirty,stains on sheets,wet sheets,smelly towels,dirty walls. There was so much water damage in the ceiling in the hallway water was dripping through and you could tell it was all rotten and would probably risk falling down. Pool was ok but could do with a bit more style. The only positive was the staff who were helpful and friendly however I worry about their health.

The staff is absolutely incredible. Never seen a kinder, more helpful team. They are absolutely amazing

The location. Close to whatever you need in Seminyak.

- They only gave one towels to my parents and they questioned my parents if where the other one, but everything was settled once we explained. -The room had connecting door which made us able to hear the noise from the other room. - room and hotel, looked old and nor very well maintained. Bathroom didn't look really nice. Only the lobby that represents it's 4 stars. - please carefully check the aminities you prepare for tge guests, as not all guests know how to complain, just like my parents who came from kampung.

The property is conviniently located in seminyak close to the beach. The workers were very nice and accommodating.

The property failed to advertised the main draw card of the sky rooftop pool and bar area was not available, the breakfast was poor and not worth the additional charge. Both lifts struggled to be operational during my stay

The rooms where all mouldy (curtains and walls) The bathrooms were quite run down. Gym was run down. Pool didn’t look appealing.

Room was clean but doesn't seem like it was deep-cleaned for a long time. Water stains on shower partition, toilet seat discolored and broken, water stains on sink tap.

The hotel is surrounded by restaurants and pubs and many marts.

I didnt like the bathroom, one of the wall is glass, and the door has no lock.

There was black mold on the ceiling during the 25 days of my stay in the room.

Great location. walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, bars. Close to Seminyak square. Close to F45 gym. Convience store right nest door. Good massage across the road.

The white towels and white linen were stained.

Room on ground floor had water seep in from the rain. Requested move, and the floor on the higher level had same problem,water seeping from balcony and also from walls. Difficult to get towels, requested more for personal use as I had to use the room ones on the pooling water. Some facilities not open but I think the hotel must be preparing to open. When they're ready it will be amazing

very good room size. great location with access to plenty of restaurants / bars / cafes. good air con and good wifi.

it’s very noisy, building work from 8am every morning making it impossible to sleep. so many bugs in the room, especially ants everywhere. cold shower every day in my room.

The bigger rooms upstairs are great, it gives a big balcony and also a great view of the horizon.

One of the downstairs rooms smelled of mould, so they upgraded me to another room which was good.
